    INGREDIENTS:- 0:01 - 0:46 Red wine 2kg Wine Grapes, 750g Sugar, 1 tbsp Dry Yeast, 3 Cinnamon, 10g Cardamom, 10g Cloves, 2 tbsp Wheat, 4 litre Water... PROCEDURE: Mash the grapes in a jar,Add sugar,Put Cardamom,Cloves,Cinnamon,Wheat in a tissue and wrap it thightly,Mix a dry yeast with water,Put the wrapped tissue and pour the dry yeast mixture,Add water,Mix well and let it soak in an airtight container for 21 days or more.. After 21 days or more filter the wine and drink 100ml to 150 ml every night before meal. 0:47 - 1:40 Banana Flower Bhajji with Smoked Tamarillo Chutney 1 Banana Flower, 3 Tamarilo(tomatoes), 3 Dry Chillies, 250 g Gram Flour, 2 tbsp Rice flour, 1 pinch Baking Soda, 1/4 tsp Asafetida, Salt, Oil.. Banana Flower Bhajji Making Process: Clean the banana flower, wash the banana flower strips. Add gram flour,rice flour,baking soda,asafetida,salt and water. Mix it to a bhajji batter. Dip the banana flower strips into the batter and fry those on the oil... Smoked Tamarillo Spicy Chutney: Smoke the dry chillies and tomatoes. Grind the smoked dry chillies and tomatoes.Add 1/4tsp salt. Now serve the banana flower bhajji with smoked tamarillo spicy chutney... 1:41-2:16 Coca Cola Dalgona 1 tin Coca Cola, 1 tbsp Jaggery Powder, 1 tbsp Instant Coffee Powder, 1 1/2 tbsp Hot Water, 2 Ice cubes.. Coca Cola Dalgona: Put ice cubes and pour the Coca Cola into a glass. In a bowl add Jaggery Powder,Instant Coffee Powder,Hot water and mix it and wipe it..Spread that mixture on the top of Coca Cola poured glass.. Enjoy the perfect and refreshed Coca Cola Dalgona.. 2:17-3:12 Broccoli Pasta 250 g Broccoli, 2 Cup All purpose flour, 3 tbsp Chopped Leeks, 3 Chopped Garlic Cloves, 1 tbsp Chopped Thyme, 1 tsp Kashmiri Chilly powder, 1 tsp Chilly flakes, 3 tbsp Orange juice, 2 tbsp Pasta masala, 1 cube Butter, Oil, Salt... Broccoli Pasta Making: Boil the broccoli in salted water for 10mins. Cool down it and put in the jar, add little amount of water and grind it into a paste. Pour the paste in the mixing bowl. Add all purpose flour, 1 tsp salt, knead well and rest it for 30 mins. Then cut into small pieces and spread the flour and cut them into a pasta. Boil those for 5 mins. Drain the water throughly. Pasta Chilly Oil: Garlic,Leeks,Thyme,Orange juice, Chilly flakes, Pasta masala, Chilly powder, Salt, Butter, 5 tsp Hot Oil. Mix it until the butter get melt. Add the prepared pasta and mix it throughly. Serve the delicious Broccoli Pasta... 3:13 - 4:03 Heavenly Caramel Delight 2 Eggs, 200g Sweetened Condensed Milk, 200g Evaporated Milk, 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract, 4 tbsp Rum, 1/2 kg Sugar.. Caramel Cage Flan: Eggs,Rum,Beat well.Evaporated Milk,Sweetened Condensed Milk,Gently Mix it.Pour the beaten egg and mix it..Filter it.. Caramel Flatter: 200g Sugar,On low medium made it to a caramel consistency Put caramelized sugar mixture in a glass bowl..then pour the mixture, seal it.. Place the glass in hot water and bake at 160°C for 45 minutes.The keep it for 5 to 6 hours in refrigerator.. Caramel Cage: In glass bowl,grease Ghee or Oil on the top..Gently spray the caramelized sugar mixture..Wait it until it fixed.. Demould the Caramel Cage Flan in a plate and cover with Caramel Cage.. Serve the Caramel Cage Flan... 4:04-5:03 Chocolate Ice-cream Parfait Ice-Cream: 250ml Milk, 50ml Fresh Cream (35%), 60g Egg yolk(3), 50g Granulated(Powdered) Sugar, 1 tbsp Mawnate Almond Choco Spread, 1 tbsp Mawnate Vanilla Spread, 1 tbsp Mawnate Coffee Spread, 10g Milk Chocolate, Black chocolate biscuit (as you want), Ice-cream Making Process: Egg yolk and granulated sugar and mix it. Slightly boil the milk and fresh cream. Pour that into the egg yolk and granulated sugar mixture. Boil the whole mixtures on simmer over low heat (around 80 °C). Pour the boiled mixture into two different bowls. In one bowl add Mawnate Almond Choco Spread.and in another bowl add Mawnate Vanilla Spread and Mawnate Coffee Spread. Cover the bowls tightly and refrigerate. Brownie: 60g Mawnute Dark & Milk Chocolate, 40g Butter, 20g Granulated Sugar, 20g Honey, 30g Fresh cream, 30g All Purpose Flour, Egg 2, 40g Hazelnuts. Brownie Making Process: Take a bowl,Put Finely Chopped Chocolate,Fresh cream,Honey,Granulated Sugar,Butter,Melt it(Double boiler method)with Ice water. Beat a egg and pour it to the bowl and mix it well. Add flour and mix it gently. Pour the mixture in baking pan,add Hazelnuts and mix it. Put Cacao nibs on the top and preheat the oven at 180 °C and bake at 170 °C for 25 minutes. Chocolate Whipped Cream: 250 ml Fresh Cream 40g Mawnate Milk Chocolate 10g Granulated Sugar Chocolate Whipped Cream Making Process: Finely chopped Milk Chocolate,Granulated Sugar,70ml of boiled fresh cream.Mix it.Let it cool a little and gradually pour in the remaining 120 ml of fresh cream. Add granulated sugar and whip it over ice water.Pour that into the piping bag. Decoration for Serving: Small Pieces of Brownie,Whipping Cream,Chopped Biscuits,Chocolate Whipped Cream,Chocolate Syrup,Brownie,Ice Cream. Enjoy the Parfait Chocolate Ice Cream. 5:04 - 5:55 Mint Fish Fry 1 kg Mackerel Fish(Ayila Meen) 1 tsp Pepper Corns, 1 cup Mint Leaves, 1/2 cup Coriander Leaves, 3 Green Chillies, 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste, 1 tbsp Corn Flour, 1 tsp Rice Flour, 1/2 Lime Juice, 1 tsp Cumin Powder, 1 tsp Coriander Powder, 1/4 tsp Tumeric Powder, 2 tbsp Mustard Oil, 1/2 tsp Salt, Grind well, Apply on fish,Marinate it for 2 hrs.. Fry on Oil.. 5:56 - 6:54 Mushroom Biryani 1 kg Basmati Rice, 3 Big Onions, 3 Tomatoes, 7 Green Chillies, Corriander leaves, Mint leaves, 2 Pack of Mushroom, 150 ml Rice Bran Oil, 2 tbsp Ghee, 6 Cardamom, 10 Cloves, 1 Cinnamon, 2 Bay Leaves, 1 tbsp Chilly Powder, 1 tbsp Biryani Masala, 200 ml Curd, Salt to taste... Indian Black Pepper Chicken Cooking Process:- 3 tbsp Gingelly Oil, 2 Medium Sized Onion Chopped, 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste, 5 Green Chilies, Curry leaves, 1 tbsp Pepper Powder, 2 tsp Coriander Powder, 1 tsp Cumin Powder, 1 tbsp Vinegar, Salt to taste, 1/2 cup Water, Cook for 10 mins on low flame with Lid, Cook for 15 mins on low flow without Lid, Curry leaves for Garnishing.. 9:42-10:40 Ratatouille 3 Capsicums (1 Yellow,2Red) (or Red bull horn peppers), 8 Tomatoes, 6 thinly sliced yellow squash (or yellow courgettes), 4 thinly sliced courgettes (zucchinis), 4 thinly sliced long aubergines (eggplants), 2 Finely Sliced Onions, 6 Finely Chopped Garlic Cloves, Small bunch of thyme, 2 tsp pepper, 3 tbsp Groundnut oil, 150ml red wine Salt to taste... Ratatouille Making: Deep cook the capsicums and 4 tomatoes. Peel the skin and make into pieces. Put oil in a pan.Add onions,garlic,thyme,pepper,salt.. Cook for 2-3 mins.. Add the deeply cooked capsicum,tomatoes and the prepared masala and 2 tsp oil in a bowl and mash it... In a heavy bottom pan apply the prepared mixture, spread it throughly, add the sliced tomato,courgettes,aubergines,yellow courgettes.. Repeat the same order until the pan got filled.. Cover with a cartouche and place this into an oven (or smoker if available) preheated to 180°C (356°F) for one hour. Enjoy the perfect Ratatouille... Thank you😊
