I know!!! It's beyond bizarre to me. But she was the real winner of this season to be honest...every publication has declared that as well. And the fact that she got Sia's prize makes me happy for her. Carolyn was practically in every shot this season and that's unprecedented really.

Carolyn is an all time favorite player of mine and while this could be recency bias, there's no denying she SLAYED this season and had many fooled. She had an excellent blend of emotions and strategy and should be proud of the game she played! Love you carolyn!!! 💜

Carolyn was the reason I watched Survivor 44😂!!!

Honestly she’s the best character to ever play, and she was also an incredibly underestimated strategic presence. Her authenticity was oozing from her at every moment, and I think that was the key to her social game. She’s a lock to come back at the first opportunity, absolutely love her.

Yam Yam is a well deserving winner! However Carolyn is my winner, she never was in threat of going home and played a great game. She just wasn’t able to explain it as well as Yam Yam and she explained it too early a few nights before final tribal and because of that the jury wasn’t present. At the end of the day she is soooo inspirational and she is a big role model for me as I start my recovery. ❤

As someone with ADHD, I felt like Carolyn was the best representation of my experience in day to day life I’ve ever seen on TV Thank you for being you, Carolyn 💕

My all time favorite player, a bit kooky, emotional, extremely strategical, abnormally entertaining and engaging. I absolutely love her. 💜

this season felt the most like a classic survivor season!!! more unhinged characters and post merge was just classic gameplay that I missed, and the cast alone was enough to make the season entertaining :)))) I freaking love Carolyn and can't wait to see her back on the show

I agree. This brought me back to the late 2000’s era in a lot of ways. Very eclectic group of characters that were extremely engaging and interesting to watch.

Carolyn really touched my heart in such a relatable way, I hope they bring her on Big Brother or The Amazing Race! Even a future Survivor season. She's such amazing tv, I need to see her again!!!!!!

She is currently rumored to be on the cast of traitors 10:15 season three. I just love the fact that she was authentic and true to herself as to who she was and that’s what made us love her. She let us in on the joke.

Carolyn was the GOAT of the season. Loved me some Yam Yam and Carson too! Honestly one of my fave seasons.

One of the best & memorable players in survivor💜💜💜

I just realized that when her son said "dont be too silly and get voted out" carolyn fulfilled that by making it to the end

She is the DEFINITION of don't judge a book by their cover because I honestly didn't think I would like her AT ALL, but after the 5th or 6th episode that girl had me hooked!!! I love you Caroline and hope you're doing better after all the bullshit you had to put up with this this year ❤❤❤ you're a Saint in my eyes.

Carolyn made me laugh AND cry all season long and I LOVE THAT! Emotions are good. Keeping them in is hurtul and leads to psychic problems and violence. I love her so so much!

3:14 It's hysterical to hear her authentically say the word "Bag" several times before they highlight how weirdly she says it in the merge episode, at least you can never question whether or not Carolyn's putting on for the cameras with some of her goofiness 😂

She was definitely the best player that season and she got robbed as hell. I understand Yam Yam winning tho but still Carolyn should have gotten atleast a few votes.

Not the best player and not even top 2. Carson wins in finals 9-0-0 and yam did win in finals 8-1-0. She had no out play, no out wit, could not win a challenge to save her life, but as we saw, she was almost goat-like. I don’t think she could’ve won against many people. Her best move was pulling in Carson so he could do all the work. Carson and Yam are top 3 new era (along with jesse) she was not best player and was no where near robbed. She was my favorite but I didn’t want her to win because she made 0 moves

While the sentiment makes sense I’ve heard rumors that actually Yam Yam was closer to Danny and Brandon and more respected and talked to everyone so I wouldn’t be surprised if Yam Yam actually wins in a finale 3 of the Tika, since like I said his bonds were socially stronger to everyone in the game than Carson. Additionally girl get your numbers right 😂 the last time there was 9 jurors was Cagayan which was almost a decade ago. It would have to be 8-0-0 and based on the collection of jurors this season I find that improbable.

I really hope she reads these comments, like I've never wanted a player of this show to see how adored they are

Carolyn the is best Survivor character of the 40’s! She made 44 good.

I love Carolyn, she had an incredible ability of being able to read people and understand when there was something unspoken etc. She was emotional, but it played into her hand as being one of the most powerful tools that season period. I honestly wish she won. She has a hard time speaking for herself in front of people and that to me was the only thing that kept her from securing a win over Yam Yam.

According to post-season interviews. By the time Carolyn reached day 26 she was just so mentally exhausted she couldn’t really sell her case to the jury. YamYam said she was the biggest threat because of the “underdog” game she played but due to how exhausted she was she couldn’t explain how she deserved to win and nobody voted for her, she definitely could have won if she wasn’t as exhausted as she was.

I am obsessed with Carolyn and also obsessed with the fact that she is covered in dirt through the entire season

Season 44 is Carolyn. Can’t wait to see her back in the next returnee season

I remember when she smelled that Carson's name was being thrown out 😅❤️ I love her so much. I wish at least 4 people voted for her. That would have been nice

if she could have verbalized in FTC that her being herself, fully allowing her to be the "turkey of the tribe", taking advantage of that made her UNTOUCHABLE than she could have gotten a good amount of votes or even won. because that's just TRUE especially on a rewatch. no one was legitimately going to vote out Carolyn because she disguised her threat level so well to the point that no one even considered her. also through creating real bonds and the best alliances in the whole cast, she was constantly in the know and also made the effort to take control when she could!! she wasn't dragged around in the slightest; she had major game but didn't verbalize it at all which was sad to see :(

I live in the TC - Carolyn reminds me exactly of one of my friends here. It was so fun to watch her play.

Easily one of the most memorable cast members of the new generation. Just a ball of energy and she was always herself.... Low key pretty hot too.

Carolyn may not have been the best at challenges but I really like her. I understand why she seems obnoxious at times but she has been very entertaining in a fun way imo. Despite not getting any votes at FTC, I still think she played a good game and I believe her son is still very proud of her. I wish her the very best in her future.

No where near pefexct player but perfect for TV. Carson was the closest thing to perfect this season. She was amazing to watch, not taking that away from her, loved her, but she had no chance of beating the boys in the three. Carson is gonna come back in second chance 2 and if he ain’t gone first, he winning

That FTC was so hard to watch. There were like 2 segments where they didn’t even let her talk. I hope that jury watched the season back and realized what a misstep it was not to give her much respect in the end. Definitely felt like they gave yam yam all the credit for her game.

I have only seen bits and pieces of this season but from the looks of it, I already know it's a very fun and light season to watch because of this lady right here.

It sucks everyone wrote her off to be a funny person and didn't take her seriously when she did bring ideas/suggestions to the table. Her wanting to vote Josh out and explaining he doesn't have an immunity idle and everyone ignoring her input was mad frustrating. I hope she and Carson can come back in a future season. They were both fun to watch and I liked their relationship (w Yam Yam as well too)

This season had some great characters that could’ve fit in with any season. Carolyn and Yam Yam gave me old school survivor vibes if that makes sense. Knowledgeable but casted also for entertainment.
