    Oh no. I didn't realize he passed. So rough on the body :( I really do agree, he's one of my favorite guests. Just seems like a genuinely nice dude. And the way he and Tosh worked together was awesome. For lack of a better word...great chemistry. Tosh is a great interviewer too :)

    Damn that sucks, he did seem humble to be so jacked. Wish he would have decided to tone down like he was talking about sooner. He did warn people watching that its basically not worth the strain it puts on the human body.

    For a lot of us Rich was a huge inspiration. His true self radiated in his videos, it was positive and uplifting. Even if you didn't like him (don't know how but...) you were going to appreciate the message he was sending out.

    I miss Ol Rich...I always looked forward to his youtube content. I respected his transparency and keeping it 100. Sometimes when I hear thunder, I think that Piana must be doing deadlifts up in heaven. RIP

    The thing about good interviews is that they show the real person, no matter what costume they wear or what act they're trying to pull off. All jokes aside, Daniel tosh is a master at this job. That's why the bodybuilder seems like a real cool person and the singing match teacher for example is such a dick

    Rich never pushed gear, and he most likely new he was going to die from it. Unfortunately his last video was him and his doctor trying to figure out a healthier option to prevent death and get him on the right path. I personally think Rich saw it coming too late. Good guy, untimely death. Doesn't pay to consume yourself with body image. Just try and be healthy.

    No its just too much muscle and joint damage. 300 lbs on muscle still overworks the joints and organs almost as badly as 300 lbs of fat. Being that heavy is just not good for a human body.
