They're always 15. They work at burger world, I always assumed they just have work permits because their parents aren't really around. It's also assumed that one of their moms pay the bills of the house. Basically they have no parents or guidance, beavis is obsessed with fire and is less mean willed and cruel than butthead. Butthead is smarter than beavis tho and often manipulates beavis. When Beavis gets hyper or drugged up he becomes the great cornholio.

We do finally meet their dads in _Beavis and Butt-Head Do America_ , though. And I’m pretty sure the house they’re always at is meant to be Beavis’ place, although it could just as easily be Butt-Head’s.

If you guys start reacting to every B&B from the start, you got a dedicated viewer over here, lol. I'm always looking for B&B reactions, there isn't enough. Do know, the first "season" or so, is very crude, both in content and in animation. By season 2-3, they evolve into more of what we know them to be. So yeah, dive in, but bear in mind the early early episodes (some were on Liquid TV first, another MTV show) are rough around the edges. It will also provide a nice education on 90s music, as every episode was half reactions to music videos. Cheers!

Beavis and Butthead ran from 1993-1997 on MTV with a feature film in 1997. Then again in 2011 and again on paramount plus in 2022. And another feature film.

I knew a couple kids in the early 2000s that acted and sounded just like these guys. It was unreal. "Butthead" was tall, skinny and had brown hair & braces. "Beavis" was a short, fat blonde kid with a really pink face and terrible acne. People didn't believe me when I told them, but I was with a friend in a bookstore one day and these kids showed up and came over and started talking to me. My buddy collapsed on the floor crying with laughter. Every time one of them said something, complete with the grunting laughs, this dude just lost it even harder. One of the funniest things I've ever seen irl.

Beavis and Butthead are the original reactors to music videos.. Of course if they did not like it, it would not be on long. Mike Judge is the creator and does all of the voices.. He is incredibly talented..

Paramount+ has all 8 seasons plus 2 movies for Beavis & Butthead.

Don't forget that you both said you really wanted to start watching this show... This has a giant audience. This will bring you more people. Just like South Park did. They're two of the greatest shows ever and ya'll would be on a short list of people that reacted to both.

The 90's episodes have intermissions of them watching random MTV music videos and commenting on them, like KZread reaction channels. When they came back during the 2010's, MTV wasn't airing music videos anymore, so they started commenting on scenes of MTV shows like "16 and Pregnant". I don't know what they do in the newer episodes though.

This used to be my favorite show when I was like 4-5 year old in the 90's. I was excited when it was brought back, during the 2010's. But it didn't last very long.. Then I think they recently brought it back again.

same for me, this show goes back to my childhood in the early 90s. it's one of the first shows i can remember watching cuz my dad and older half-siblings had it on all the time lol. i also remember playing the old snes game back in the day.

One of my favorite memories was going through the drive-thru at the local video store and my mom asking me if I wanted a Super Nintendo or some other console that I don't remember (probably NES). I heard the word "Super", so I chose the Super Nintendo.. On our way back home, I opened the box we had, and I saw that she also got me the Beavis and Butthead game that I didn't know existed. It was night time, so I stared at it with each passing street light as we drove out of town back home. I played it a lot.. I could never beat it at that age though. I watched my dad beat it multiple times, and he'd even let me play the fighting arcade game on the final stage.

The series was rebooted last year on the Paramount network. There has only been 1 season and a movie so far on that channel.

The craziest thing is that they had a spin off. Daria, a girl from the school they go to, had her own show.

Mike Judge also recently had an animated HBO series called "Tales of the Tourbus". It's where he gets interviews and animates stories told about various artists. You can find segmented clips of the episodes on KZread. It's great. I love the George Jones and Tammy Wynette episode.

Don't you love it when your memories don't match up to reality? Like I remember some of the guys doing that weird laugh and walking around with their heads in their shirts yelling "I am the great bungholio!" back when we were in like 8th or 9th grade... but wiki says it came out in 93, and that just doesn't mesh well with what i remember. I mean, i graduated in 94. No one was being silly and acting like bevis and butthead In our Junior and Senior years...but i distinctly remember it happening in like middle school and junior high. If Wiki said that the show was aired in 88 or 89, i would have found that more believable. So... Mandella effect ?

Here is the correct answers. Beavis and Butthead are still in school and are 16 years old. 16 is a legal age to work in most states. They work at Burger world which is a parody of MacDonalds. The noises they make is a mixture of a laugh and what can also be there normal way of speaking. The bong bong noise is a sexual noise meaning he is hard. The newer eposides on Paramount has them both past and future version of them. That is the only time they have aged. Like the Simpsons, South park and other shows, they do not age by each season. There goal is to get laid and drunk which never happens. It is hard to watch from the beginning as Mike (the creator) has not released it on DVD season by season. It is only released as Mike's favorite collection. Which can be found on Pluto TV for free.

I would watch Beavis and Butthead reactions. There is Ren and Stimpy that was just before Beavis and Butthead, a show I barely remember, they are dogs, and I remember the cartoon or commercial they watched called Log.

OK MTV debut in 1980s Beavis and Buthead debuted on MTV in the 90s. Ever watch king of the hill animated series? The first appearance was of Hank hill was on a beavis and Buthead episode where they got jobs doing yard work for him and they destroyed his garden. The Simpsons or water originally on the Tracey Ullman show a British comedian probably in the 90s.

You could do what some other reactors have, and react to the movie in parts.(the movie being - Beavis and Butthead Do America)

They were a sort of Disc Jokey/Video gurus for MTV so its hard to understand all of the videos because most of the Record Labels kind of sued about the contents profits via the reairing of the shows they felt they needed to get a cut.

Dang high school along time ago!

You need to actually watch a few episodes in their entirety instead of just a sizzle reel like this. You're seeing it all out of context. But if you watch a few episodes you'll see how they keep getting in these kinds of situations. The typical Beavis and Butthead plot is they hear about some place or event, misunderstand what it's about, and go check it out. When they get there, they speak to someone in charge who misunderstands their stupid remarks as something positive and enthusiastic, so they're allowed in. And then all hell breaks loose. It's like they're so dumb that people who don't know them just don't even consider that as a possibility for someone to be that stupid.

They have new episodes 2023. I forget the station but it's different in every area.

If you do react to the series you should react to both the official released series and those on KZread because the main focus of the series was their reaction to MTV, but due to copyright those scenes wouldn't be included in the released version just the adventures and trouble they get into in between, but you can find those reactions on KZread.

if you watch movie you will see characters who might know their mothers the bits we see were not the bulk of show which was music videos that the boys commented on. Getting rights to replay those originals would be a nightmare but they were great fun because the boys took no prisoners on songs or videos they hated .
