Bought the Performer 5 and the PULA PA02...my Performer 5 is now for sale...it wasn't even close.
2:16 KEFINE DELCI at 100$ 3:26 PULA PA02 at 200$ 4:43 TANCHJIM ORIGIN at 300$ 6:10 ELYSIAN PILGRIM at 400$
I think nowadays everyone has 3-5 IEMs, so thought of asking based on all the IEMs that are still available what will be the 3-5IEMs that you will like to own at the same time. Thanks
I'd like to see a top list at each price range without release limitations. Please wait until you have the Dunu x Gizaudio Davinci though. I love my Letshuoer x Gizaudio Galileo and Aful P5. I'm interested to know if there's anything with the Davinci that would warrant a purchase given that these aforementioned IEMs are almost end game for me on my NW-ZX300 with Walkman One firmware.
Hi there, I'm planning to buy the Pilgrim and I was wondering if they're similar to the Mangrid Xenns Top that is my favourite iem for clarity, sharpness and bright sound. I hope you can help me. Thanks! P. S. I appreciate your videos that seem to be impartial and "not sponsored" by anyone.
Thank you Dave , you have picked my favourite winners of iem sets . I'm curious about what drivers are the Pilgrim used , why the company can make so many amazing iem sets , it's the different drivers used or tuning, l guess some other companies do used same high quality drivers, but different outcomes, why other companies can't match the Elysian products, it's always my curiosity, unless Elysian used custom made drivers ? Thank You . Great Great Video Cheers.
Have you reviewed the Linsoul 7hz x Crinacle Zero:2 for the $100 spot? They’re pretty darn good for $25. Also, what about the Questyle NHB12? Those are obviously a little different because they have an included in-line DAC, but from what I’ve seen on the Internet, they’re very highly regarded.
I'm curious of your opinion on the Dunu Davinci. I hope you have a review sample coming in.

That is interesting, I would not have expected either the Pilgrim or Origin to be there. Personally, I would take the Doscinco over both, but I can understand the Pilgrim. The Origin always felt like it need more bass.
I love my Tanchjim Origin; it's easily the best single DD IEM I've ever heard and I've tried most of the mainstream ones under $500. One eartips do you personally like using with it?

The eartips in the review are the stock tips. But I typically use the Spinfit W1's. Divinus Velvets work well too! Thanks for watching!
I recently got the Mega5EST, and I'm loving it! If you can get your hands on it, I think you may like it as it's a neutral with a light bass boost tuning.

Love my S12 but after a year it broke and currently finding an upgrade under $200 Love everything about the s12, would like to tone the treble slightly down, just a tiny bit but still maintain that details, energy and clarity Right now looking at the origin, ea1000 or ea500lm, which one should I go for, is there anything I should go for instead?
I am considering getting Tanchjim Origin, should I spend more to get Elysian Pilgrim instead ??
I'm curious, would the CCA Hydro make your list now?
Have you had the opportunity to test the moondrop x crinacle dusk?
Hey Dave what do you think is better pa02 or kefine delci? Do you think pa02 is worth the extra money?
Do you think the Diva is endgame alongside the other multi kilobuck sets you've tried?
Would you say the Pilgrim rivals the IE600 in terms of technicalities? Great video as always btw :)

I do generally prefer the pilgrims tuning over the IE600 because its closer to my preference and I also think its detail retrieval at least rivals it. The IE600 just hits me differently than the Pilgrim though. And when I was comparing them, the IE600 actually seemed to give me a slightly more immersive experience than the Pilgrim. The tuning of the IE600 is just so unique, kinda weird .... but unique. It seemed to pull me in a little more to be honest. Long listening sessions are rare though as the IE600 can start to get fatiguing. So, I guess to answer your question yes, the Pilgrim does Rival the IE600 in terms of detail but interestingly there are moments when I felt a little more immersed in the the music with the IE600. So maybe a little more dimension and space in the IE600's sound Feild? Better instrument separation? I hate the term "holographic" but that's the closest term I can think of at the moment. Sorry, that probably doesn't help 😂. Anyway, thanks for watching and thanks for the question.

@@Audio-In-Reviews That was an incredibly detailed and therefore helpful answer! Thank you so much :) I‘ll be on the lookout for the Pilgrim! The IE600 is by far my current favorite and the only thing that scares me about other IEMs is missing detail retrieval, but in this case hehehe Purchase justified 💀 You’re great!!

@@LateBandwagon I get what you’re saying, but I don’t think you understand what I’m getting at. If I were to do this list, with my favourites at each price point, I would put the Letshuoer s12 at best around $100, then the ie200 at best around $200. The only problem is that I personally like the s12 more than the ie200. So I either put the s12 as favourite around $100 and $200 OR I include the ie200 as favourite around $200 to make the video flow properly. That’s why I asked the question. Hope you are having a wonderful day 🤘
Pilgrim vs X Crinacle Dusk 2 (dsp setting)?
I now own the Origin and I would agree that this now the best one DD IEM under 300 USD.. Managed to get this below its SRP, almost the same price as the Fermat and Falcon Ultra and I couldnt be happy enough

I did briefly listen to the Xenns top and I remember liking the bass a lot, and felt it was VERY well tuned. I don't really remember much beyond that so it's hard to say. If I remember correctly though the Xenns Top had more bass and upper mid energy than the Pilgrim. I also remember it having great technical performance for the price. Honestly, though without being able to do a side by side it's hard to say. I do remember thinking "I really want one!" but at the time wasn't in a position to buy it and for one reason or another I never pulled the trigger. Sorry, probably not much help! Thanks for watching!

Nice video! I currently use the Shure SE215, do you feel the $300 and $400 options you used would be a major step up? Do you have any concern about quality/long lasting with these being not the largest brands? Cheers!
@titienne3931
Ай бұрын
Having used the Shure SE215 when I first started audio around 6-8 years ago, I can definitely say it's a step up. The SE215 is a starting point, but there are plenty of better sounding IEMs even at the $100 or $200 price point. I think you'll be blown away if you step up to $300-$400.
@Audio-In-Reviews
Ай бұрын
I agree with @titienne3931 100%! I couldn't have said better myself. I've owned the SE215, SE425, SE535 (mostly on stage/drums), and while they seemed fine at the time, it wasn't until I started trying other non American brands that I realized what I was missing. If you're looking into upgrading, I would definitely encourage you to look at different (maybe non American) brands. And also start trying out different sound signatures. But to answer your question, I do feel like either the Tanchjim Origin or Elysian Pilgrim would be a significant step up from the 215 in both tuning and certainly technical performance. As for build quality, either of these are going to be as good or better quality than the 215. If you do opt for the Pilgrim just be aware that it uses a Penticon connector at the earpiece and is prone to having some of the same types of connection issues as the mmcx connectors on the 215's. As long as your careful with them, though, you shouldn't have anything to worry about. Good luck with your upgrade. I'm definitely curious to hear your thoughts if you get the Pilgrim or Origin. Thanks for watching!

Best value iem under 400$ is the SImgot Supermix 4 (150$), so you can skip everything else. You're welcome!

Nobody talks about the quality of the driver. When I boost the volume. That's when I see the driver spiting out the price that shows. Tuning is not that relevant to me because I change the tuning on all of my iems

Ordered both and did a side-by-side. My Performer 5 is now for sale. The PULA PA-02 is way more exciting to listen to...the base is way more tight and punchy, and the mids and highs are balanced and crisp.
