Keane were an awesome band too. I had their album. And I had the Maroon 5 album. My partner of a year used to sing "beauty queen of only 18, she, had some trouble with herself..." I always think of that. I can see him now, his piercing clear blue eyes, his dark hair and eyelashes and brows and so handsome. He'd always look straight into my eyes, make me blush. There's looking into someone's eyes but there's also looking into someone's eyes and being lost in their for a second that can make a beautiful gaze that just makes you melt. I would always be shy and blush lol. He'd just still look at me like what? You okay? And that made me worse, he was always so confident and calm. He passed in 2018 at the age of 34. We have a beautiful 18 year old daughter together and he gave me that gift. And she's the image of him. It's lovely to see him in her. God I miss him so much ❤ Bedshaped by Keane always had me in tears because we loved it and it just sounds so sad. And our song was Cannonball by Damien Rice. A strange song some might think, but for us the words held so much meaning. ❤
