Anton my comment about the parkour for Magnus is valid for you also. Climbing is very important for Ninja Warrior but dont overlook parkour. Please reach out Storror for some interesting colabs.

Was funny as I got an advert for cake in this video thought Magnus was changing the cake for different parts of the task/session.

Yo Magnus, Nice video as always. As a trampoline coach / athlete myself I can confirm what Anton said; the tighter you are when entering the trampoline, the more force you get back from it. In the video you often tried jumping like on the ground with bent knees, however that does the opposite of what you want, it just kicks you forward and you lose all the height. If you ever come around to germany and want a "professional" coaching session for trampolining let me know. There are certainly a bunch of places in germany with amazing coaches that would definitely enjoy teaching you some basics. Unfortunately I don't knopw the people in Norway, else I would happily forward you to them. Greetings from germany :)

I feel like I want to keep making multiple comments as I watch. I love the commentary about nerves in a competition. It's true, how the amygdala puts you into fight, making you think it is the end of the world if you mess up. But it really isn't that important. I love that you think about being at a crag with friends afterward. What a great way to keep things in perspective!

Magnus, your videos are not intended to be funny but they put a smile on my face. You guys are so pure and you bring out the child that's in all of us. I loved the part about the mental challenge of competing. Would be nice to see you and Anton outdoors too.

I think the main thing that Magnus could have done to help his trampoline bounce would have been to do what Anton did and skip the last black block. If you want to carry the speed and power of your run into your bounce you want your last step to be as long as possible. It also makes it a lot easier to stand up (or even be leaning slightly back) on your take off. I wish my area had such a cool place.

I started watching your channel because of you two guys, you are really inspiring and have a very positive attitude towards challenges. Having this mindset helps me during powerlifting competitions and also during difficult GYM sessions. Loved your story about the competition Magnus. Keep it up, great video!

16:16 - Magnus missed that the other guy skips the entire last block. This let him hit the trampoline with a lot more energy than the way Magnus was trying.

Watching you two guys is great. I started watching Magnus during the early days of the pandemic, we've since had a bouldering centre open in my city Exeter (UK) and I started as soon as it opened; probably directly inspired by these videos. I've been waiting for this since Anton's Magnus video came out last month.

Honestly, part of what helps Anton always coach well is that he's speaking in a second language - possibly third. He has less word options to use as filler, so he ALWAYS gets to the point. Not knowing English as well as Russian helps his coaching immensely, ironically.

I lately started watching what feels like all of your videos and to me your they are both funny and inspirational. I do love that your videos are not meant to be funny every second but you do get a bunch of good laughs out of me everytime still. Also your videos inspire me to practice more often and more regularly as well as I learn quite a bit about technique and how to read boulders etc.! You introduced me much deeper into the world of climbing in so many aspects than I ever thought i would get and I can't wait to see more content.

You two are super enjoyable to watch every time you get together. It was nice to see Magnus have to struggle to learn a new skill. It's not always easy and effort is required even for supremely athletic people.

Juji is at worlds strongest man atm if you watch his tube feed you will see some good stuff. (Never liked Tom, felt like it was dance Magnus dance monkey dance for the camera )
