There’s clips already about this dude jumping on shit and looking like a shadow. Let’s just say every is loosing fool because is literally impossible to shoot due to being a broken mechanic. There’s some spots too where the slide cancel becomes a bunny hop at the end of the animation

@@diedtmr actually we've been doing this since bo3, just not the same way, if you remember you were able to slide off the edge of something and keep the slide momentum while moving through the air, just in a crouching position instead of being prone

Not sure if it means much but I’ve been able to do this on M&K the entire time. The hitting the edge of something and the extra momentum pushing you. You can do the same thing on favela on defensive side in S&D. If you spawn with the bomb you snag the bomb run to the lip of the wall in front of you run towards the stairs staying facing the wall jump right at the lip and hit the edge of stairs and it flings you forward a good bit to beat the rush to A.

Here's a tip for people who don't use their pointer finger to control jumping and sliding. I find it really awkward to play that way. So I switch the binds for crouch, and melee switching R with B makes it much nicer.

Shotzzy movement is super good for 6-6

Right now I use slide only but I think this would work good for me, I have two back paddles, right for Jump and left for Slide so hitting L3 and the paddle to dive would be pretty easier to control.

the fact the crouch button is called the slide cancel button shows how far gon this game is

been doing the dolphin dive stomach bouncing since mw2 launch. any object slightly lower than waist height works. crazy peeks with it on most maps if you look in private matches

I love the idea of hybrid but it doesn’t work as I expected basically inconsistent

Dont forget the boots that let you aim while sliding that shit is next level imo

There's also a new setting that if you turn on. Go in game & after sliding & or slide canceling you keep the same momentum you had from your tac sprint.. mixed with Stims is LITERALLY BROKEN . I found that out the moment we got the new settings

I didn’t know about the hybrid setting but I have been found the dolphin dive trick, works for pretty much any surface , run dive and aim toward the end of what ever it is and you will bounce pretty much

Holding the thumbsticks in consistantly is a great way to give you early drift

Mad respect for the movement, I was killed last night by a guy who did this and I swore up and down that he was cheating until I saw the killcam a second later. Dolphin dived, bounced, and came back up for air while shooting me. Craziest movement I’ve seen in a while, but this is why the game sucks lmao. Why is COD even like this? How does this make any sense?

Somethings bugged on PS5 for this setting I think. Sometimes when I go to do the slide it won’t slide (as if I hit a dead slide) but then it’ll make me crouch then go prone without pressing any buttons after the dead slide. Kinda hard to explain but I can’t use this setting cause it’ll cost me 😭

When I use any setting beside tap to slide my controller dives randomly when I’m sliding even though I’m not push in in the left stick. It always gets me killed

The dive to the platforms is basically the same from mw2 no? I do that in my ranked games. Top 3 in Karachi to p3 dive is funny when they don’t expect it.

a variation of this has lowkey existed already! I noticed it back in like MW2019. When you slide cancel over a mantle it'll catch a speed boost. The input just feels frame perfect.
