Hyderabad mutton dum biriyani
For Marination
Mutton - 600gm
Curd- 250 gram
Red chilli powder - 1.5 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder - 1/2 tsp
Lemon - 1/2
Salt as required or 1.5 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 4 tbs
Cardamom pods - 5
Cloves - 4
Cinnamon sticks - 4
Caraway seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
Mint and coriander leaves-1bowl
Biriyani masala-2tbs
Oil/Ghee - 1 cup
🍚🌾
For cooking Rice
Rice-500gm
Ghee-2tbs
Bay leaf-2
Caraway seeds -4
Cinnamon sticks-2pc
Green Chilli-1
Lemon -1tbs
Salt
