I do have a recommendation for the VHX-D3 Loadout. You can use the warhawk compensator to reduce the recoil and pair it with the bcg light grip. It basically turns the gun into a laser with no muzzle flash or crazy recoil. Also it looks cool. 😂 But just a recommendation. Everyone’s best set is unique to them.

My M5a3 loadout is the short barrel , 8R holo , standard 30rnd mag and BCG light grip. Tbh this class slaps for me because of the rpm and no recoil

Just recently picked up the game about two weeks ago. I work a lot of hours but have come to like the game a lot. On that note I used the AKs and the M4 and ACR to do most games but then grew bored and branched out to snipers and LMGs but I have landed on the GEW-46 and can’t lie once you level it up and get everything unlocked she’s a complete beast! Works well in CQC and mid to far range!

Yes maybe I do suck, but it seems I get "unalived" in like 2 or 3 shots, when I empty entire clips into people. Plus, they can draw their weapon way faster than me. Suggestions? Please be kind, were not all pros here...oh plus, this dude has light ZERO recoil...not my expewrience...exact same setup, lots of recoil on all of these...has he some sort of setting that limits that?

I use the M16A3 the most out of every assault rifle its a good weapon.

The best gun is the M5 with short barrel, standard extended mag, and the blue laser for recoil control and hip firing. In my opinion. I'm a run a gun type player

Almost all the ARs are pretty good. Sad it took them 2 years to finally balance them. But I can confidently drop a 50 kill game with almost any AR.

I just jumped back into BF2042 after a 1.5+ year hiatus and I am more enjoying this game than ever. It's a shame that no more content will be available now that they are working on the next BF title. My favs: #1 The AEK has my all time favorite Battlefield AR and I was super stoked that they imported in from BF3 to here as a portal weapon. Top tier for CQB and pretty decent at close to mid range. It definitely starts to fall off towards the further end at mid range due to the high rate of fire which leads to high recoil and long range is not even worth. The damage is insane and the nostalgia from BF3 makes it my forever AR. The AK24 is right behind the AEK though especially with that juicy drum mag. #2 SVK is my go-to DMR which is basically a 2 shot at mid range or closer. I don't use DMRs that often, but really just depends on the map. #3 Although the AM40 is an AR, it's literally an SMG and is the go to for full CQB like on Redacted map. The rate of fire and dmg is dumb insane and the reload speed is so fast. #4 Will easily be the RPK but I'm currently having a hard time unlocking the gun but it will be #4 when it's available for me! #4 because of the nostalgia of one of my other favorite guns from BF3. I'm not a fan of most of the LMGs, but I've used the Avancys the most. In terms of attachments, I always run the thermal, suppressor, and a foregrip for all my guns (if available). The SVK is the only gun that I don't run a thermal since I find it easier to spot at longer ranges with a regular 4x or 10x scope than the thermal (funny enough).
