It's funny how things like switching camera is something that becomes so natural and logical when you put time into this game that even though I'm only Diamond I don't even think about such things anymore. Haven't thought about that possibly being an issue until coming across this video again.

You say “even” as if ur GC lol

I would also throw out there as a good tip for platinum and above, be conscious of keeping ball possession. It isn't always the best choice to just boom the ball downfield. Sometimes you can be much better off if you take a good 50/50 then to just give possession away. When making saves don't just focus on stopping the ball, but when you have the time be try to retain possession for your team as well. Try to understand when there is and isn't threat to avoid those panic boomers that don't benefit your team.

I would also recommend to already improve your air rolling, so basically air roll shots, using directional air roll etc in plat (Thanovic put this for dia)

Just don't start learning flip resets and other complex stuff.

If this video came out 2 years ago I feel like I could have hit gc back then

I honestly think powershots are the first mechanic you should learn because it will always be usefull and is hard to save in lower ranks

I'm learning air rolling using rings maps and I don't know if I ever will get it... I finished DMC ring 2 (easiest ring map) but it didn't feel good, more like lucky mistakes and saves than controlled flight...

I was plat a week ago, I spent no joke an hour and a half learning dribbling and flicks and i got dia 2 today. Strongly recommend giving dribble training ago if you're stuck in a low rank

When you air roll, is it better to use the normal air roll, or left or right air roll? I’ve been using just normal air roll for a while now, but recently I’ve been seeing people that only use the left or right air roll. Any thoughts?

i would recommend you to watch squishy's video How To PERFECT Your Aerial Car Control In Rocket League .. he explained when to use air roll right and how

B :I always switch my cams S :Most of the turns i make, I usually tap power slide to turn a bit quicker G :I love going on the walls, do it a lot P : Boost management = BIG ISSUE, i never have boost lol, i always play with not unlimited boost in freeplay all the time tho D :I always air roll, my recoveries I think r rly good and I always do air roll shots, but when I go in the air randomly, i usually dont air roll C :50/50, my worst nightmare, BCUZ IM THE MOST UNLUCKIEST PERSON IN THE WORLD, I WILL SOMEHOW LOSE EVERY 50/50, thats somehow my fault, idk how to win a 50, try to delay a little, wont work for me, im too unlucky GC : I know how to air dribble and DBL tap (is that good), I LOVE AIR DRIBBLING ( fav mech ), i always do it in free play (no unlimited boost)

for air dribbles. All i hear is small adjustment this small adjustments that but im confused. Im diamond and still struggle with air roll. Im so confused on adjustments. I use air roll right and yes i know using air roll right i push down left to go left and up left to go right. Okay. But when im like air dribbling. As a low plat, I thought about learning to air dribble but I don't know if it is necessary, is it worth it?

4:14 Whenever i played in gold 3, with was like a few days go, 40-50% of the gold's could do a basic air dribble, so the ranks have changed drastically i think, cause a few years ago most of the gold's couldn't do that but now,... sheesh, they sure can. The video was really good, enjoyed it. Also, last year, when i was gold, I knew how to air roll really good, and even teaches some of my friends, but since i wanted to learn the arial without an air roll, and i have unfortunately kinda forgot how to air roll good. I am getting to the same level again, but slowly :( : )Keep up the good work, and tips!

At 4:15 ... thanovic, you wouldn’t know this because you are at a very high rank, but golds can fast arial and I’ve seen multiple that can air dribble ( mainly from a ground dribb btw ) arials aren’t a giant issue for them xD

I’ve seen a lot of gold gameplay recently. I think you might be dealing with a very select few. Because all the golds I’ve seen can’t hit the ball in the air

Ight i may have learning to triple reset musty pancake in plat, but still, i feel you should atleast be learning dribbling, flicks, and ceiling shots in diamond/plat

Trust me, if you can, learn double touches. Don't overuse it because then your opponent will predict but it's really op. I'm plat and everytime I hit a double touch the opponent never defends it.
