It's absolutely not compulsory. It's completely your own choice. Being a BDS, you can do most of the things. After MDS , you'll become a specialist but only at one speciality. In a clinical set up , you'll have to do all sort of cases. Not just your speciality

Sir I want to know that if I complete my mds from mamc Delhi then will I directly get placed in the mamc hospital? Or will i have to struggle after that also, there is so much negativity regarding bds and mds
