These are application based questions where you're given hypothetical scenarios in form of a paragraph and you have to APPLY the concepts that you've learnt into those scenarios. These answers demonstrate how much are you aware of the application of the concepts that you've studied. Much better that those pre-written theoretical answers that anybody can rote learn and write without even understanding.
