Today we are talking about the best luxury beauty of 2024...so far! I started doing this a few years ago and it's always gone over well. @@AllisonChase I always love anything blue but I would really enjoy seeing more of RMS. I am new to that brand but am very impressed with their blush and bronzer. Also Violette FR. I enjoy her sense of color.

I love lilac everything if you're inspired for a look, would love to see what you come up with! I would love blue eyeshadow if my eyes weren't blue 😄 I do love a good navy eyeliner.

Thank you for sharing! The bleu abysse liner makes your eyes pop beautifully. I've been eyeing that Guerlain lip oil but am now hesitant to purchase from Guerlain, as I heard that their relaunched Rouge G lipsticks are not compatible with previous cases and vice versa. As someone who has collected many of these lipsticks and cases I feel incredibly disappointed by this :(

I completely understand. I am also someone who is very disappointed with the new Rouge G cases, but the lip oils are wonderful. I’ll probably buy more lip oils but not lipsticks.

Hi Ally! Thanks again for another top video! I attended the Comête launch at my local Chanel boutique and WOW! - the Jade Facetté absolutely blew me away it looks so pretty - i could not resist - i think it is my favourite eyeshadow of all time! Also picked up one of the Les Beiges oversized palettes, didn’t think i liked it but it turns out i (unfortunately for my back account) actually like it a lot 💁🏼♀️

Good selections, Allison! I have much of the Chanel you showed, as well as a Lip Maximizer from Dior. I may check out the VB lip gloss, as I haven’t found one I love lately.😎

Hi Ally- I like a lot of RMS’s products too! I don’t think they’re cheap but then again, I’m always looking for a better buy especially on cosmetics…. I have that Crystal Slipper too-

I dug that one out recently too! It was too pretty to pass up.
I missed out on the blue Chanel palette, but Nyx has a denim inspired one (blues, browns, etc). It’s quickly become my favourite. I refer to it as my Chanel-dupe palette 🤷🏼♀️ 😎

I don't normally comment on peoples appearances but today you look fabulous - glowing. The hair & makeup (especially blue eyeliner) are great. I prefer the glow in makeup instead of matte these days. 😊

Hi Allison, I am one of the people who thinks that RMS packaging and products look and feel very cheap. For comparison only (I don’t have any of their products) Nars or Bobby Brown (same price range) are much better in all form of shape. Your comparison with Guerlain makes me smile but if you have the same vibe when you look at the Guerlain counter who am I to disagree? We are all different and my aesthetic is definitely not the same with yours. I don’t like shiny finish for blush or bronzer (in my opinion it is not a natural look, aka my cheeks but better) and RMS blushes and bronzers are very shiny. Not as bad as Rare beauty blushes but very close. In my opinion the best releases of 2024 so far are Chanel single eyeshadows and the limited edition lipsticks (I love 7:00), Guerlain blushes and Sisley lip balms. Also not new but new to me the Chanel Sublimage concealer. Thanks for sharing!🙂

My pleasure! The vibe from Guerlain and RMS counters are definitely the same lol but I really love how the RMS bronzer looks on me. I find that the quality on the skin looks like it's luxury. To be honest, I'm a little turned off from Guerlain since they came out with new lipsticks that don't find their previous cases. I will still buy from them, but I find that particular marketing strategy cheap on their behalf.
