I bought my east west at the initial launch and was surprised by all the negative comments mostly about price. it’s a bag with so much craftsmanship and features. I’ve loved it especially for travel but for everyday too 🎉

Hey beautiful Meghan, I love ALL of your content. Like you when I first tried this bag on in store there was no going back. I have the PM in reverse monogram & in the black empreinte. I originally purchased the EW in the black emperinte but returned it as it was a little boring to me compared to the monogram. I’m now going back into store to purchase the beautiful monogram version and I can’t wait. Expensive.. yes this is true but I know this will be one of my most used bags. Thank you for the review x

Hi to all that own this Pochette Métis east west can you tell me if the strap is comfortable? That’s the only thing I didn’t like about the og monogram Pochette Métis. I’m falling in ❤ with this bag though.

Now i am tempted to check out the Pochette Metis East West. In my mind am thinking of the Speedy 20 which is also so cute. I love Damier Ebene print, not so much of Monogram, maybe too loud for me and at times may not be so safe carrying it when i am out alone. So the DE print maybe more subtle if i may say. So i hope the Pochette Metis have it in Damier Ebene or i may try out the leather one. Yes i do agree forgiveness is the key to happiness. At times i do want to take it on my own hand but then i did not. Thank God. Now i can see God has done it justice to the person. Thanks for sharing and love your video as always 😍🥰

I have the pochette Métis since 2018 but now as I’m older it is such a heavy bag and hurts my shoulders. Thanks for the in depth review.

Great question love! I adore the canvas, but I'll tell you before I unbox, I got a leather version for Christmas 🙈 That's how much I enjoy this bag! Honestly, i view it like my side trunk. I have it in leather, but always gravitate toward the canvas 😍 They're both amazing choices.. the good news is: you really can't make a wrong choice.. they're both so AMAZING! 😍🥰😍😍😍😍😍

Not yet love; I literally just got it for Christmas.. I'll release the unboxing vid this Monday (New Years Day); after that, I'll do a thorough review of the east west in canvas vs leather! It's my fav bag 😍😍 I guess LV discontinued the leather versions of the side trunk 😒 BUT.. I'm sure they'll be releasing other versions very very soon! Hopefully leather 🥰🥰

That's a great question! After I filmed this, I realized how bold it is to say this was my best purchase for 2023..bc I really love every one I got.. including the petite malle souple 😍 I would say they're very very comparable as far as "what fits" If you'd like, you can send me a DM on Instagram and I'll send you a direct little comparison vid! Hi love! I got it back in July...I recently saw that it was discontinued. The best way to find one would be on a trusted consignment website. I guess it was limited edition.. but I'm sure you can get your hands on a beautiful one in the pre loved market. It's so gorgeous! 🥰🥰🥰

Hi! I just received a pochette metis in black empriente leather for Christmas and am thinking about exchanging it for the East West in either leather or monogram. I love the original but I am petite and wonder if it’s too boxy for me? Do you still own an original PM and are they still in style?

I honestly think the black empreinte pochette Metis is a very elegant and gorgeous bag & Yes! It's Def very much "in style"! I think it's a lot better than the canvas version. After I got my pochette Metis east west, I really wasn't drawn to the original anymore. I didn't want to let it leave my collection, so my mom's borrowing it indefinitely.. I think the pochette Metis East West is too amazing... so amazing that I wasn't drawn to my canvas pochette Metis at all Have you seen the "east west" in person love? You may want to! I know what you mean about the "boxy" look. I adore the original pochette Metis, but I would choose the east west version first.. it's so amazingly beautiful, functional, and edgy 😍❤️❤️
