Nothing special about com tam Hong, just average or even below average but I am not sure why it gets all of the attention. There are other hidden gems when it comes to com tam but unfortunately it's not easily accessible for tourists and foreigners. About bun bo hue, try the name Vỹ Dạ Xưa, it's located in district 7, the best in town in my opinion. Pho Le is very popular and I do approve as a local :D
