Striker AR with a 2x and recoil reduction is my personal pick for midrange, it feels better than a MK7. For close range, it might seem like the Hyper SMG hits harder than the Thunder Burst, but there's a trick to make the burst the best weapon in the game. Its accuracy and recoil is good enough that if you spec one with a laser underbarrel and a muzzle brake, it will have zero bloom and no recoil when hipfiring. That spec setup has already carried me to multiple wins.

100%. I’ve seen people complain that adding new stuff doesn’t mean it’ll make a good game, but like, that’s why updates exist. They’ll either make or break a game, but that’s the point of these constant updates to Fortnite. They’re meant to improve the game (in their eyes) and keep people coming back.

Honestly, respect for sticking with the game for so long. Through the ups and downs. I left at the start of CH2 S4 after playing since the end of CH1 S4. I came back to game for the OG map and considering sticking around for CH5. The map seems decent with less emphasis on named POI's which I personally like (apart from boss locations). Medallions seem a bit OP but that draws lots of people towards them which justifies the power slightly. As in, you've had to battle it out for this item so you should be rewarded. Plus having your location on the map provides some balance as a snipe could easily take you out, especially with sniping and long range being meta this season.

The movement is not even that bad. Seriously. I can understand the slower walk and crouch speed might be a tad annoying, but if that takes you more than 1 day to overcome and get used to, then that is on you.

Honestly I might be the only person who loves the movement. It makes building harder and it feels like I have a fighting chance against the sweats trying to dunk on me on top of their hotels their building

I don't mind it either. The only thing I'm not really a fan of is the locker icons not showing their rarity - and not being able to randomise saved loadouts.

The crazy thing about the new animations is that they are only like .1 seconds slower but the issue is the walking animation rather than a little jog just feels so much slower

I highly recommend the laser sight in a hammer pump and I also recommend extended mag on a thunder burst smg, you can just spray through someone's wall with the smg

Same here. My computer does NOT like the new graphics. Even in chapter 4 traversing through the very cluttered Jungle, I still got 60 frames, but I can't even get 60 ANYWHERE on this map.

my personal favorite scope is the triangle one because when you have an enemies head right beneath the tip of it it serves for a great headshot point

the 2x scope is so goated idk why the 3x feels a bit weird for me 2x on AR and Sniper just go so hard with shotguns i dont use sights but the lazer atatchment makes it so good so that if u carry a scope no scoping would be simular to aiming with no scope

honestly think the movement is a good change being able to vault and mantle though windows and over fences as well as being able to turn fast while running is fun and smooth walking being slower isn't bad in my opinion makes people have to be better at building or actually pressing the sprint button

I feel that this season is like Greece and northern country inspired

my favorite one is the one that gives you the 0 recoil smg

Me and my friend go to lavish lair get the mythic then rotate to the train vault that’s really close giving a mythic, a token, purple/legendary guns and you can get on the train for the train loot
