Thank you for this video it was very helpful! I do have a question though. What I’ve been told is that If your vendor is OEM they can design necklaces specifically for your brand but how would that work. The chain part seems simple to describe to your vendor but how would you explain what you want your pendant to look like? Is it possible to send a drawing?

Every vendor is different so u can either send them sample drawings or communicate through writing it just depends on the services they offer and how they do things, but I think drawings are always the best way to go

Yes gold plated stainless steel is a good option in my opinion

Do you use only 316 surgical stainless steel or also 304 stainless steel? I feel like 304 stainless steel still tarnishes…

Most of the stainless steel I use says 316 but if u find that it’s rusting then try a stainless steel liquid cleaner those usually get rid of the rust looking stuff on the outside lol

I notice that the gold doesn’t fade! Sometimes the gold plating does scratch but if they prepare the layers correct it’s like regular gold no scratching
