Thoughts on using the new Fragrant Thorn amulet? It gives 20% increased status damage and when an enemy has 4 or more unique statuses, it inflicts Exposed.

Invoker is dope and this a really solid and fun build that lets you turn your brain off and nuke everything passively. I do suggest one small change though - in my testing it hits harder with Ritualist as the primary and Invoker as the secondary archetype. You won’t get 2 charges of your skills, but honestly you don’t need them because instead you get Ritualist’s prime perk Vile which gives you +15% Elemental damage and the DPS will be higher overall as you’re constantly cycling your skills and mods with very little downtime. In the 2.5 seconds you’re not popping AoE’s you’re running and maybe shooting your gun occasionally but it’s legitimately not necessary with this build.

The new class and the arcon was immediately what I thought It sounded like a great parent

Monolith+searing wounds (or any other mutator that applies status effect) works great as well since it applies exposed.

What about using the burden of the fanatic ring, increases status effect damage by 25%

Wouldn't it better to use Krell axe since it's a pretty instant throw and you don't have to worry if the orbs are gonna hit an object instead of hitting the enemies? Plus If you have the ritualist as the primary archetype you'll get all those status effects spread to other enemies when the one you hit with the axe dies. Especially with this build you won't be taking advantage of the heavy weapon stuff you'd get with engineer so having ritualist as the primary would be much better. Also the blood jewel ring would be good instead of the Dark Sea Armada Crest because I doubt people wanna constantly use their relic to deal additional damage but maybe that's just me since relic use speed isn't all that fast and could get you killed.

@Moxsy if you get the Siphoner trait you dont need to sac ring slots for life steal and the Engineer’s Fortify gives better dr than barkskin with your armor weight. Recovery is a trait that recovers stamina faster instead of putting points into stamina but thats more personal preference. Ive tried Shadow of Misery instead of Burden of Destroyer but i dont think its doing as much dmg. I am also late so if you can try that or something close let us know😁

I made almost the same build but reversed archetypes taking advantage of the spread you get on death of enemies.

What fragments have you got on the heart

That makes sense that mod damage wouldn't increase the value of Heatwave's burning effect, since status effects don't care about the source that applied it.

It's really good Build I definitely have to Admit For my build I don't even have to do anything at all I just cast my spells elemental stuff and whatever enemy is on the other side of the map dies I don't have to do anything really My friend was like dude this is weird just walking through areas with no enemies cause they're all dead Before we even open up the red areas lol 😂

Start with Handler. Very beginner friendly and extremely useful even in the endgame.

How does Heatwave performs against flying enemies? Miasma doesn't override the heatwave burn? Thanks ! Also this video lacks an apocalypse boss fight ;)

Heatwave got nerfed. It works like all the other dot mods now. But it works on flying enemies as far as I'm aware lol

Switch to deathwish and use the bleeding rounds with acid mutator then has the first skill of invoker for the lightning damage and then i ge that expose stack on enemies with the melee weapon😊

Why not use the alumni ring for the extra 10% elemental damage

what about a Combo between Invoker and Engineer ?! any suggestions here ?!

just build for pure skill damage and weakspot damage with: Index of the Scribe for amulet / Burden of Sciolist / Ateri Booster / Probability Cord / Zania's malice for rings. You want to use starting turret and use it manually. If the enemy doesn't have a weakspot or is mobile and hard to hit, you can swap Malice for something like Offering Stone or Burden of the Gambler. Weapon loadout really doesn't matter much as most your dps is coming from your turret's ramped damage but I tend to use Corrupted Rune pistol for the debuff mod. Relic is whatever you like, fragments are Ranged, Crit, Weakspot damage. I admit I'm not personally too crazy about the build since you are slow holding the turret and it can be kind of boring to be honest, but the sustained damage can be absurd. Way of Kaeula for Invoker skill and Haste. I haven't done a ton with the build since Forgotten Kingdom dropped so there may be better options for the build now but that's the jist of it.

The mod you on your main gun is unfortunately bugged currently. The mod says only 5 seconds base duration, with ritualist trait duration it should be 10, that plus time keepers 20. But if you look at the gameplay if bosses survive it goes to 80 seconds. So the game treats the base duration of the mod as the already adjusted 20 seconds. Which is why it procs so powerful and the same reason why tainted blade proc was so strong

@@codybourque5571 It is 100% bugged. Either the duration shown wrongly on the base mod. If you check mutators or other mods that give status effect, the time changes when you equip it. Tainted blade shows 40 seconds, the dot of the sparkfire shotgun shows 12seconds. So either 5second on the mod is a bug, it is taken the changed time as base or it is somehow taking 20seconds in general as its base with 5seconds meant

@@codybourque5571 Yes it shows the 20 seconds normally (20 with afflicition + timekeepers) But if you do not use ENC to get the insta massive explosion, and only check the dot duration on the enemy it is 80 seconds. So the bug is either a wrongly shown base dot duration on the mod with 20 meant instead of 5. Or it takes the 20 seconds from the buffed duration as its base duration and buffs it again

Even if it's bugged, if you calculate it the way it's supposed to work, the enc damage proc should still be around 3.5k damage a proc

Why does his mod do way more damage than mine?

Im running through apoc with this and ist just funny. You just run and everything around you explodes and dies. Occasionaly recast. Push left stick forward.

The only problem I have with the Atonement Fold is the MC just complains CONSTANTLY that they have the bleed debuff, if they could make it so wearing the ring stops the MC from bitching about bleed all the time that would be great. Great Build Moxsy, can't wait to see the Archon version.

Instead of Ahanae Crystal another option is Band of the Fanatic, since the status effect is already so long with the ritualist trait affliction, the extra 25% elemental damage increase is much better. You can still cycle through very quickly so the 65% less status effect duration from the ring is not noticeable

@@Godkiller443556 it gives you an extra 25% damage increase how does that nuke it, and with revoker you have double skill charges with everything so you can just get it back right away

It seems like they wanted ritualist to not be able to nuke the area with the most recent patch. Seems to me that pairing it with invoker does, in fact, nuke the area. 😂

I can't right now tell what would be better since I don't have access to all the new rings and amulets (only got a handful) but I can tell you for a fact invoker is very versatile (meant to think outside the box)
