I am the same way. It makes sense not to trade the later half of December to mid Jan. it's not only the holidays and not much happening but it is also creating the final wick of the year and starting the wick of the new year. this is a time of uncertainty as to momentum and volatility...

ICT tends to deviate from his teachings and talks unnecessary stories and most of the times he takes AGES to get straight to the point this makes his mentorship program boring and challenging to finish. Faiz on the other hand he wastes no time and teaches what you need to know, no unnecessary talk!

Been using it on SP500/US100 and for any one that wants to practice, they can look at the chart of those indices between 9:30am-4pm New York Time on 30th Dec where 2 divergences occurred at different times(10:45am high and 13:25pm low for the two indices). It's not the last candle, it is the last move down before going up. It doesn't matter the color of the candle.

I came up with this strat myself but had no idea it was an ICT thing.

I wouldn't trade crypto brother, ICT concepts are much more reliable on Forex. If you can make money applying ict to crypto you WILL make a lot more on Forex, manipulation is way predictable here after enough practice.

Only SMT is not enough to take a trade. We always need other things. We can use smt for confirmation only.

Something doesnt make sense, if dxy weakens, then the euro would grow stronger, so when dxy goes down, why would i want to sell EURUSD?

First to be here.

Wish you could have used EU with GU as dxy is complicated. Is there a specific time when smt is being formed? Any timeframe preferred? Is smt like a judas swing on one pair and not on the other?
