of all the hotels mentioned I would go for quest for so many reasons which is near the parklane and not even on the list and it's based on my personal experience on a budget. for a higher end the radison blu is my choice. stayed on both hotels aside from the others as I go home to my homeland frequently. born and raised in cebu city but now living overseas.
