I'm 21, still a virgin, and genuinely autistic but I'm getting to meet more people from outdoor hobbies related to my special interest in guitar playing. The year before I was completely lonely and behaved like a homeless person by busking in cold/hot weather, carrying all my musical equipment on my back, and being malnourished. Covid fxcked us all before that especially since I was improving my social mechanisms before the apocalyptic spread. Thankfully, a few weeks ago, did get to hang out with a girl who was a little older and I have gained a boost of confidence from that. Reminding myself that anxiety lies to us all helped me a lot. An example of that is assuming you can't do things that you didn't try or that you're a creep cuz a girl doesn't like you. Don't assume negativity when you have no evidence to back the insulting self-abuse-- which is 99% the case for self-loathing claims that seem honest on the surface. Another quick tip, if you have female friends and you're in a group, you can politely ask for a hug without being pushy, sometimes she'll be okay with it and go for a quick one. It isn't rude to do so as long as you can take no for an answer and move on with good wishes. That was a load of text but thanks for reading thru.
