This video is among the most practical I have found. I tested positive despite having had the vaccine and booster. I did not take any Monoclonal Antibody treatments. Did have quite a few symptoms though. I did everything mentioned in this video plus steam inhalation with salt and lemon or vicks vapor rub over a blanket. I also did lots of Vitamin C/D/B complex and zinc. The virus was gone in 8 days. Thank God though, I had the vaccine prior. I am in my 60's. I will now continue with an additional booster in 60 days or so.. Thank you Dr. Kataria for making this video.

If your symptoms are servers, such as experience shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, high fever ( buy a pulse ox from pharmacy , cost about $30 to check your oxygen levels ) Call your doctor right away. If symptoms are mild , these would help: Drink lots of fresh lemon/lime juice, vitamin C. D and Zinc, hot steaming with orange, lime, lemon peels, lemongrass leaves, ginger. Stay strong and hope you all get well soon

I had the mildest symptom so didn’t have to take any med. but each person might experience differently. So the key is eat and drink healthy, take vitamin to boost your immune system

Don't worry you will heal soon. My husband is covid positive for 25 days.. Been tested twice after 15days and infection is still there. Got his swab test again yesterday and hopefully it will be negative this time
