@@snowyfox_01 well i have UHT unlocked and it has by far the worse KDR from any of the 15 helis i am flying. has like half of KDR compared to anything else...just because the missles are flat-out-broken. maybe you know the effort it takes to grind this thing especially without premium MI24...the dissapointment you get when you see you are more succesful with french aluette III than with tiger uht

Mi-28NM... same exact weapons as the Ka-52, and yet much more maneuverability. After flying the Ka-50 since helo introduction and progressing to the Ka-52, the Mi-28NM feels like a F1 car while the Ka-50 series feels like piloting a school bus. Z-19 and Z-10 for the Chinese are also amazing. A sleeper is the Rooikat which gets ATGMs that match the range of the Vikhr, while also being able to auto lock onto targets.

@@Pionel_pessi. the extra zoom doesn't matter much beacuse its a difference of 1x or 2x but missiles? The khrizantema missiles are good but you will never use them if u have the Vikhir unlocked + u can't bring 8xIglas and 12xVikhirs on the NM and radar wise its just the MTI mode that u barely use since your radar priority is A-A, and you can't even say it has a better IRCM because both have the same performance ingame hence why the Ka-52 is just way much better

OP usage?? It's much more difficult to kill f-16, mig-27k and stuff... orbital bombers get you from everywhere, while helicopters need to be VERY careful..

@@SnowyToilet you can use atgm's (most heli players are total noobs and fly in a straight line, or even just hover), or just take a plane. And many SPAAG's have proxy fuse ammo. Another good advise is not to shoot from 3 km away with AA.. let them feel safe and get closer

@@SnowyToilet I can talk about myself. I am a very good heli player... I NEVER hover, I NEVER fly near the battlefield, unless the battle is almost over. I NEVER fly in a straight line, or fly above the treeline. Playing helis is so simple with enough experience.... same for every other vehicle in game.. the unbalanced br-system makes it difficult.

Ah yes, Nothing make your day quite like getting Helicopter ATGM from 10 km away.

PvE is not for everyone. Like you mention, Willow, it is expensive. And can feel a bit slow. So I would recommend trying RB. You could also try Ground Arcade at high tier, since sometimes they have helicopter spawns rather than planes. But is a gamble, and you do not really pick what helicopter to use. Maybe they will bring them in to the navy one day. Though I think they would be a to easy target in there just like if you bring them in to air.

The best starting heli in my opinion is the Z-11wa. Fully spaded it has 4 atgms, thermals, and crazy maneuverability at 8.7. The only downside really is the stock grind and 3.0km missile range.

@@gregc9344 What you on about, VT1 is 1250 ms and Apache starstreaks are 1178 ms. Unless I fire a second before the VT1, I die to them every time. Starstreaks also don't guarantee a kill, sometimes ive had to use 2 or 3 to finish an IT0.

@@Jason-qw2mg negative, the vt1 is only at 1250m/s for the first 2 seconds of flight by the time it hits you it's only going 560m/s. Also could you explain how only needing to be a second faster is worse than needing to be at least 6 seconds faster with the next fastest missile (vikhr)?

Italian helicopter has biggest machine gun. Also that recent repair factory Chinese tank event vehicle, the QN506’s fire and forget missiles make it a true helicopter slayer.

The HKP9A(fc) is at 9.7 with 4 ATGMs. No Guns or missiles

Z-9 WA. What other option is there? For A2G, it’s Mi-28 A

I don't really have a favourite helicopter, but I primarily like the Apache, Ka-52 and Mi-28

I'm honestly surprised the Rooivalk wasn't mentioned, it's one of the best helis in the game because of it's long range missiles with high penetration the Rooivalk is also one of my favourite Helicopters along with the Ka 50 and Ka 52.

@@NineSeptims Rooivalk has longer range ATGMs, 6 hardpoints, decent 12G AAM and the AH.MK1 has normal hellfires, 4 hardpoints for atgm/rocket and place for 4 firestreak missiles and a radar. In my opinion the Ah.mk1 is better overall since it has decent atgm, very good missiles + radar but the Rooivalk is also very good.

Cries inside the apaches in general without its fire and forget and the hellfires not killing after the third atgm

What is the plan for eliminating spawncamping at helicopter bases in ground RB? Half of the games I play, there is an enemy helicopter sitting behind the base when i spawn that immediately kills me.

for armored cars, I recommend; the concept 3, rooikat's (they are very fast) for tracked use the crusader 3, warrior, and the VFM5 can be good too. I wish that gaijin would make more of the cruisers with scouting (including giving it to the Cromwell's) as well as some of the other domestic produced armored cars, such as the Saladin. And just over all more scouts for the british tree. If you want or are communicating with allies, use the cromwell or the comet and use squad marking to alert your teammates.

My favorite and most underrated in the game, AH-1Z, it's a powerful heli with a powerful payload, it only hurts to see it gets only 2 AAM's at it's BR... However, one helicopter I would love to see in the game is the RAH-66 Comanche, that helicopter alone is deadlier than the Z-10.... Now, that is me being biased

Oh, this is cute: Best Helo is Ka-52/Mi-28MN DIRCM implemented incorrectly to make it immune to IR missile. Only helicopter added with HIRSS option. Only helicopter with Prox fuse missiles and 10k range to smite other helicopters without defense No competitive opponents allowed. Literally had to remove Heli PvP because of these literally broken abominations. Let's just toss in Pantsir to remove the aerial threat entirely. "Balans"

more like implemented correctly lol funny enough, only these helis are immune to IR missiles, when the IRCM as a mod should work for all the helis that get it but it doesn’t Implemented IRCM is a bigger saving grace than i thought

@finnrissa4594 No...DIRCM doesn't make the helo impossible to lock onto by missiles with ECCM like it does in Warthunder. It just uses directed energy (laser) to overwhelm/blind the seeker in flight until the missile deflects enough to lose lock. It gets overwhelmed if more than 1-2 IR missiles are fired at it. (That's how they've been losing all those KA-52s in A certain location during a certain event.) What they have in game is just a bullshit lazy implementation that makes them falsely immune to IR missiles with no counterplay. IRCM should really only work against older IR missiles that aren't ECCM.

I love the UK's AH mk.1 no not that one the other one... wait that's right there all ah mk.1... so I guess the westland one... ok the Apache. The best anti helicopter. 20 missiles and has beam guided APHEFSDS and because the starstreak AAM that can be fired without lock you can smack AA and soft targets right out the gates of the match and there mach 4 so even if they realize by the time they range not even main gun APFSDS could stop you before impact

Z-10 for real is a pay to win than the Ka-52 for me. That thing can do anything when it spawns at full arsenal. Even aircrafts are having a hard time dealing with it.

@@tarikemirtanyildizi aga ama kabul etmelisin ki helikopteri resmen çöp etmişler. Tüm uyarı sistemleri sökülmüş, ürettiğimiz füzelerin hızları düşürülmüş(füze gidene kadar oyun bitiyor) neredeyse saptırıcıları bile sökeceklermiş yani. Sen iş yapabiliyorsun ama helikopteri gerçekten çöp etmişler.

(bunun daha önce yaşanmış örnekneleri var fakat daha çok araba şirketleri yapıyor bunu)

All Mi-24s are very potent at their BR. (even the A) + 9.7 is a meta rank, so u rarely get a uptier, and u get R-60Ms with the late models. The Mi-4 can end up in a WW2 game now! The Rooivalk and the Ka-50 are probably the 2 best premium helis, even in PvE. The Israeli AH-1Q is the best CAS of all on 9.0 with 8 TOW + more; and can solo carry a Heli PvE. The 2 LINX goes well with the premium Challenger. Don't waste time on the 2 Z-9Ws; the BR change killed both (only 4 missiles on 9.7; and 2 hardpoints on 10.0 without auto-track). The super-Cobra/Viper (AH-1Z) is better that the Apache !

i have a great idea put the z-19e, ka-50 and mi-28nm at 11.3 and the yah-64, ah-64 and pretty much every other 10.3/10.7 heli to 11.0 because if they get down tiered to 9.3/9.7 we have literally no way of countering them. also why can’t the hellfire ll get it’s ability to switch between direct fire and ballistic fire (top attack).

How can the Mi24 NOT end up on this list , yes its slugish and not manuverable but its a flying tank , when it was made it barley had competators and it was outstanding in speed and firepower + it can carry 8 people.

Can't really agree with much on that list... Rank V There is the Israeli MD-500TOW which just outperforms the Alouette with better ATGMs and way better maneuverability and even if we're only looking at starter Helis there is the Chinese Z-11WA which has faster missiles with a bit less range but thermals so you can really use every last bit of that range. The UH-1C is better than the than the premium Bo-105 becuase A it'S not a premium and B the nose mounted grenade launcher ads a lot of flexibilty to the playstyle while it only loses 2 missiles. Rank VI The A-129 CBT isnt even rank VI...but the Mi-35M comes to mind when thinking about strong rank VI helis that are not premium also the AH-64A claps the Israeli AH-1F every day of the week or the Z-9WA or the Z-19 for that matter... Rank VII I can agree here that the Ka-52 is probably the strongest one chosing the Z-10 as the second one for the rank is viable although I propably would have chosen the Eurocopter Tiger UHT just because it's the only heli with fire and forget AGMs
