Most people do not know this, but you do not have to take the door all the way off. If you just slide it over it locks in the open position.

Defiantly well built. I have had mine for 7 or more years. I have never had any issues. The only negative I have found is the clogging of the shoot opening when the there is wet or heavy grass. But it is understandable because it is not a power bagger. I mainly use mine on commercial right aways were there is a lot of trash. This thing works flawlessly when it is dry out 👍

Good review. I just bought the jumbo version for my Scag 52" with the Velocity plus deck. I was unsuccessful buying one from 2 different dealers and had to go directly to Accelerator. I paid $775 total delivered. The bag works great with one exception. The mounting bracket required extensive cutting and grinding to fit on my mower in spite of it being for my Scag Tiger Cat 2. Very poor design. Be prepared for some modifications to make it fit. The only other issue I have with it is it's heavy. I have difficulty shaking the grass/leaves out if it. I have to lay it down and pull the grass out by hand. But then I'm 71 with congestive heart failure. Im sure a younger man would not have a problem.Theres one other thing. My grass flapper would not work after installation of the mounting bracket. I could do some cutting on it but I don't think it will be stable enough to work correctly. I'll probably have to remove it permanently.

Accelerator makes a great side bagger. However, with that being said I recently bought a Humboldt Specialty Manufacturing bagger. They are by far the best catcher. It uses a steel plate mounting system to attach to the deck. I was able to remove my chute guard and it uses a pin to attach the plate for the bagger. No drilling at all. After the plate is attached, you connect the bag and you can dump from the side while still being seating. It has a hinge/pivot point that allows this. If you don't want to dump while being seated it has handles on the top you pull off the bag part and dump it into a trash can etc. It also uses a mesh bag system that can be replaced which keeps the dust way down. I have noticed all these aluminum baggers throw up a ton of dust and they bend after time as well. I have yet to see anyone have a system as good as Humboldt does. I really like having the 2 different ways of dumping the clippings. As far as I am aware no one else has the ability to do this.

You said 600!!!! GRASSPACKER was 200-299 and is same weight if not lighter.... not many landscapers want to drop 600 on a bagger. Not me anyway. I can get a bag and a new wacker or blower for that cost!

Tony's Lawn Care to each there own. You like it and it works for you. Then by all means. But man you could have saved 300 bucks and got something else to go with it like I said another wacker an edger a hand held blower. And when it’s dry out got less dust in your face! Bit of advice. If your gonna use it in dry/leafy conditions.... tac weld another piece of aluminum across the whole top part. I did like the idea of those over the steal cages I used to use. But that price tag made me go in another direction fast!
