If you want to know the math he did on his calculator it is simple. The 2nd chain for $1500 is 26 grams. Out of the 26 grams 14.8 grams of it is .999 fine Gold assuming it is 14K. 26gramsX.57= 14.8 (.57 represents 57% of pure gold in the chain) 14.8x$101.35= $1,500 He is charging $101.35 a gram for that chain.

Why do I always see people complaining about the prices? Just say you're broke and move on. His prices are similar to any other jeweler so I don't see the problem. You have to also understand that its cheaper per gram when you get HEAVIER pieces. YEAH, you might get 10k cheaper a gram from "the other guy" but you have to understand there's a lot of shady jewelers out there. TRAX explains this a lot and its 100% true, a jeweler will sell you "10k" but you're really getting 9k. Shady stuff like that happens all the time. This guy takes his time to make videos and educate people and I still see these lunatics trying to crap on him and his business. I don't get it.

Gold is a commodity it has a set price that goes up and down every minute.. you can’t just make up a price on how you feel that day.. you have to add a little money for labor to make the chain no where near $60 a gram.. also these chains are made in a factory in China somewhere stamped Italy LMAO..where the labor is dirt cheap... but he will sit there and make it like he made it in the back.. this is not a fake account either

Don't let the haters hate. If 10k is what you can afford and want to shine go for it. I personally don't mess with anything lower than 14k. I don't recommend it however from an investment standpoint if you want to call it that. Jewelry no matter how you put it is in between luxury and investment.

The cheapest chain you get from buying scrapgold broken chains etc. stamped, find a good benchjeweler and make him make you chain and maybe pendant to, just for the Labour. Faconprice!

I got a cuban braclet from ths 90s. It was 500 bucks. Today trax is selling the same braclet for 3,100 crazy how much you could get then.

One link has gold melted over the middle gap crossing over to another link and all the links have odd/random little "cuts" between them. Still love trax and the products they put out, but in my personal experience (which could just be a oddity) the quality control wasn't the best. Either way keep up the good work and being competitive

And at the end of the day that issue is put in the brands hands, not the manufacturer. If they can't either make quality control better on their end or find a better manufacturer then the problem with just go on.

The only logical reason I think is because the price fluctuates so much you can go from it going up 300$ an ounce to waking up the next day and it is down 500$ so what that says to me is they aren't making business and money like they claim so they have to cover the loss if the gold price plummets

Here in Germany, my Jeweller of trust sells 14k and 18k only. 14k goes for like 38 Euros a Gramm. That's like 45 Dollars. I do not unterstand, how you guys pay so much a Gramm for 10k. Don't get ripped off people.

Chain #1 $150 / 2.79 Grams = $53.76 per gram of 10KT! Too expensive in my opinion! Chain #2 $1500 /26 Grams = $57.69 per gram of 14KT? The most I will pay for it is $1040! $40 X 26 grams = $1040!

Gold should only be a few dollars over spot price, 10k shouldn't be no more then $30 per gram, 14k shouldn't be no more then $40 per gram 18k shouldn't be no more then $50 per gram, a premium for labor cost but he has whole lot of people that he needs to pay their salary,
