Make sure yall check the build Planner! There is multiple variants and you can use this with no Ubers, and even starting with no Uniques! (This one i forgot to remove Fiery Surge for more Flame Shield duration. It should have 4+ seconds of duration/correct gear) Check the Planner! The planner will be constantly updated as i try to further optimize gear/paragon board! If you're worried about "Storm Swell bug", just use Conceited. If you're worried about "Frigit Fate bug" drop those points and grab the Rare Vuln node in top left of that board! Press your Cooldowns and have fun!

I see for all your builds pre-ubers you have disobedience on chest. That's only there as a buffer in case you don't have armor cap or is there a reason? What would you suggest in it's place if not necessary? Jump to exploiters? Or use something more defensive? I don't quite have the infinite flame shield as of yet, only level 93 and getting the build rolling.

@@ThorGodofThunder420 This is really just to help with Armor cap and give a bit of a more friendly defensive playstyle, but personally I prefer using Concussive Strikes for the chance to daze but most importantly an extra 20%[x] to dazed enemies or Staggered bosses.

Isn't juggernaut better than disobedience nowadays since it'll instantly put you over armor cap with no hoops to jump through? And if you have 4 evade charges on your boots the extra evade cooldown becomes pretty irrelevant. Also your leveling build has no gear on there. Also what are your thoughts on Esu's being overhyped? I see it being brought up pretty regularly in the sorc channels of the d4 discord. For most people they're gonna get 17.5% move speed max (assuming no lucky GA and triple in masterworking) so

How come you're not putting three points into Hydra on the skill tree to get it to burn enemies, so that you can run the ice blades enchantment over the fire bolt one?

Hi Moxsy, some feedback from a Sorc veteran 1. ESU ESU passive doesn't proc any other damage than fire damage anymore (this is outdated info), go training dummies shoot a dummy with a stats panel open - crit values doesn't change (like they used to) when u are using frozen orb (even when augmented with fire bolt ench) the only reason this Key Passive is used is that 50% attack speed, because the second part of the passive states that something need to be killed or boss need to be hit with a critical hit to proc the ESU buff pair therefore the aspect The reason we using attack speed is simple - the amulet scales via the Conjuration Mastery - more orbs produced = more conjurations = more orbs = more dmg [x] Also the Attack speed cap has been lifted so this idea literally comes from ball lightning build that emerged in season 2 2. VULN BUGS Icefall, Storm Swell, Shreding Blades, Frigid Fate - nearly everything that is related to Vulnerable damage [x] (multiplier that is) is currently bugged and does work in only around 30-40% of its tooltip figure 3. VYR Vyrs Mastery in other hand actually works with any type of damage now (opposite to previously not working at all) 4. Fractured Winterglass Conjuration passive scales differently to what you might expect - the actual value that is masterworked (even if its a Greater affix) uses base value of 2, so there is no point having 2 masterwork crits on it - If its a GA get 1 masterwork crit on it and it will get to 4; Then you will need to get the item to lvl 12 and crit the passive 3 times to get it to 5 5. Mana Fiery Surge passive and 3 points that u have used is totally wasted because the mana you getting regenerated is an additive value [+] and it come from the base mana regen of the character - opposite to Ice Armor mana regen which is [x] multiplicative and covers the collective regen value 6. Conjurations You can have only 3 Ice Blades if not using the Enchantment (if you do you can have 6 and get ice armour to be permanently active) - Lightning spears are not capped (Very good ideas is to actually run Conjurer Glyph for 20% more Conjurations duration, simply because Conjuration Mastery multiplies our damage against each active conjuration we have 7. Control / Lightning Spear Previously in nearly every single sorc build we used Control Aspect and glyphs (because the debuffs stacked on targets: Stun, Frozen, Immobilized; and multiplied each selves via the Control mechanic) The downside for that is that the mobs get unstoppable very fast and your Daze aspect doesn't even have chance to proc (especially with such a low lucky hit chance, and using the dagger in your scenario) With the frozen orb build we don't use Control anymore so Stun is literally wasted, we don't hit stunned more, freeze acts as a stun anyway, taking 3 points off the Lightning spear is better as it will actually make the debuffs last longer due to slower unstoppable meter fill-up - and will potentially leave room for daze which in fact is another 20%[x] dmg *Exception is the Immobilize debuff because it upgrade devouring blaze node to multiply the damage from crits even more The above should leave you with spare 6 points - put it in Precision Magic and Icy Veil - boosts the amulet resulting in procs for more conjurations and your barriers will last longer and will overlap / stack even 8. ULTI / Unstable Currents This is totally a waste - simply because the only skill that will actually proc anything from the whole duration of that ultimate is your Teleport = you getting only 25% attack speed from it spending 2 points, can be allocated elsewhere for better overall performance. Instead of the Unstable Currents simply take Lightning spear and spam it with ice blades = again, more conjurations = more orbs = more conjurations = more dmg [x] etc etc 9. WEAPON Actually, 20% close dmg is nothing, its an additive dmg that can be covered with literally 3 points in paragon board, and your conjurations flying beyond the screen will not benefit from that, and those are the main dmg output here, getting a wand with the precision magic node is way better as it makes us spawn more conjurations which are more orbs... you the recipe at this point ;d 10. Paragon board - bit too much to explain, there is way too many things broken at the moment ;( In general - best option for us is to stack flat dmg (Inteligence) and attack speed to proc as many multi dmg [x] effects as possible (disregarding crowd control and vulnerable multipliers)

1. Correct, we are using Esu's Ferocity specifically for the Ancient Flame 50% Attack Speed which is a massive damage boost due to having nearly 20 conjurations up 2. I've heard this complaint many times and, from my experience/testing in game, I do not feel any difference with using Conceited. When I proc my Storm Swell, or add/remove my Frigid Fate node, I can see a * or / 1.3 on my Vulnerable Damage (Vulnerable Damage is "Extra Damage granted to Skills against Vulnerable enemies"). Should this only be effecting Vulnerable Damage and not my overall damage? Probably not, but it works the way its worded. Conceited does give me a ~1.25, but that is off my "All Damage", which is also an additive stat. Either way, use whatever you feel youre performing better with. If all the math does truly check out that they're bugged, then this build would be doing even more damage. 3. Completed wasted Key Passive. You're giving up 50% Attack Speed for 25%[x] damage. Speed > Damage, as you've stated multiple times. 4. My gear is nowhere near perfect, and I got unlucky on my final MW Crit which landed on not conjuration. I have not re-rolled all of my gear, so extreme critiques like this are irrelevant. CHECK THE PLANNER FOR MY BiS. 5. The skill tree he showcased was my Helltide farming tree, where you'' absolutely want Fiery Surge to be able to have full mana, at all times. As he said in the Video, there are more build variations in the planner. 6. I'm literally using Conjurer Glyph (Did you even watch the video/look at the planner lol) 7. Lightning Spear does so many things. Guarantees Vulnerable uptime with 95% crit chance after critting. Stuns enemies from a distance to safely hop into packs and take advantage of DR/DMG to Close. Extra Stun damage from Paragon board. And Daze absolutely happens way more than you think. Additionally, when the boss is Staggered, you get that extra 20%[x] during the Stagger window to crank as much damage as possible. Orb lacks Damage, no reason to not use a Damage aspect on a Defensive item if you're trying to compensate. Additionally, I've previously opted for Exploiter over Concussive Strikes for longer CC duration but clearing is never an issue, damage is. 8. You've said, numerous times, Attack Speed is what we want to be going for, but then say NOT to use a free 25% Attack Speed node that's up every ~30 seconds. In addition to the Attack Speed, you get free additional Lightning Spears while it's active, and Ive gotten near 20 Conjurations up at once. For Burst damage (Stagger windows), this is absolutely the best option over just spamming Lightning Spear every 15-20 seconds. 9. 10% lucky hit does next to nothing for all of our abilities, since they're all so low of a chance regardless. Frozen Orb *might* go from 4% to 5%, Ice Blades would go from 17% to 18%, Lightning Spear *might* go from 6% to 7%. That 1% increase of lucky hit is so negligible that I'd prefer a [+] Damage to Close to crank as much damage as I can, even if its basically 1% damage. Either way, neither are *hands down the best option*. Use whichever you have a better roll of. 10. Tons of variations of Paragon Boards and I'm always updating mine to try to max it out. Use whatever you feel is the best, but I know mine does massive damage and can clear Pits 100+ easily, just comes down to the exhaustingly long boss fights which no Board is going to change unless all of these "confirmed bugs" are true, and fixed. In general - Check the planner for an actual BiS Skill Tree/Paragon Board/Gear, as you won't typically find 100% perfectly rolled gear with 3x GA on a char, especially only 10 days into the Season.

On the dagger do you want crit strike chance or vulnerable? Planner has it as crit strike chance. Also on the chest piece concussion strikes or follow the planner?

Does esu’s passive and ancient flame aspect work with ball lightning aswell? And would it be worth running if so?

Do you think a lightning claw druid is possible? I wish i could combine stormclaw with hurricane and cataclysm (my personal favorite abilities) for some really sick looking werewolf build but i suck at making good builds 😩😩

How long is flame shield supposed to actually last? I have the tempers and the +6 to flame shield and I have 4.2 seconds. I must be doing something wrong because the CD isn’t resetting it nearly quick enough. I find it isn’t up over half the time

Can't wait to try this build out. I am lazy so I've been running an ice shards build since the game launched and feel as though it's time for a change. Also just made a Druid so can't wait to see what you have for that character too! Haven't been around much since the BL3 content but I may have to get back into it 😊

Lol I'm the same. Ice shards all the way since S1 😂 did only ball and blizz but shards is just so fast for the easier content. And it fuking rocks in pvp. Became hatreds chosen the other day.

Got a question. Why dont you use Winter Glyph or Controle? Aren't they better than the 10% damage exploit glyphe? Controle gives 10 against cooled and 20 against frozen or stunned Winter glyph stacks up to 18% cold damage

What are the green areas in the WT4 Starter set No Uniques Paragon board? Im confused

This build is better than the one I had before against bosses. I find the defenses to be too low. I swapped out Tactictician and used Territorial for the extra DR. I use rubies for healt. I run out of mana too often to do sustained damage. I don't have the time to farm for all of these tops rolls that seem to be required.

I just switched to this build, but I can only cast 3 orbs before running out of mana. And I don't have the correct gears since I were using other builds. How is the mana issue dealt with. Thank you!

How many greater affix weapons have I tossed in the trash due to tempering missing on Chance for frozen orb to cast twice? I've lost count. I wish instead of RNG of a skill list, you could pick your affix and then it has a chance to roll really low % instead and you could buff it somehow over time with materials. Just flat out missing rolls and bricking gear isn't so fun. At least if you got let's say 1% chance with the ability to buff it by grinding, you could have a hope in hell.

On the uber planner build. Am i tripping or is there 2 too many points on the skill points board? I've went over it 4 or 5 times and I keep coming up short by two points when matching skill for skill.

How do you get armor with your current set up? I see in the planner you have no armor rolls or temperings on any gear pieces I have everything set up the same and also have a total armor tempering on chest and still am only around 8k armor over 1,000 off from the armor cap

additionally flame shield duration tempers both on hat(if non shako) and chest + levels of flame shield i should not be more than 10 sec without a flame shield ever.

Vuln is applied mostly through lightning spear crits, and he has 95% crit rate. Ice blades also apply vuln so 2 different ways pretty much guarantee uptime.

Please what your flameshield duration time and cool down in skill description?

You forgot to mention the paragon board ability ie frigid fate etc, for the exploit rune?

im confus is there 2 build bossing and pit?

I tried the Hydras with burn damage and they do not proc the increased mana regen skill. I was left to assume the burn damage has to be caused by you and not by a pet to proc that extra regen.

Where did you get a 2 star amulet or where did you farm it ?

I had the same question my only explanation is for bosses when you are close you make all your orbs hit the boss because they act like a shotgun

the problem with your current build the uh uber one is that flame shield is not up long enough or fast enough... and so you will get wtf killed a lot..... there is another guy that uses flame shield duration and cooldown reduction maxed... but like points into flame shield so that its reduced time

also most ppl consider dropping shako for a well rolled cdr legendary with flame shield duration temper u get more flame shield from that anyways.

imagine if you could use Azure Wrath! all of its stats are complementary to this build including the unique aspect. attack speed core damage non physycal damage damage to crow controlled 20% chance to freeze enemies and deal 13000 cold damage.

It's for when it's proc'd as a conjuration from frozen orb.

Why dont you use ice blades in enchantments instead of fire bolt, the boss will be burning from hydras, where it is the only place you need burning really

The paragon board kind of makes no sense. If the goal is flame shield up time why are we even picking up res all nodes and other defensive nodes on the board? Shouldn't we be focusing on nothing but dmg?

After +10 hours on the game since this season came out I've never found any uber unique. I'm having a hard time after 70+ pit , most of my gear is 9/12 masterwork but I can't beat Lilith or any uber bosses that really sucks. I always played solo is that why I can't get further?

I think you should look at NickTew's blizzard build instead.

Sure its easy to copy that build :D he has +8 frozen orb on his gloves that are worth like 500m gold. Also 2 Greater affix amulet is worth like 1.5billion gold :D he had insane luck or spend alot time trading this items together.

I've been following this build but I'm having trouble running out of mana a lot. It's good when there's lots of trash mobs around when kills give me my mana back but on bosses I don't get the orb spam like I see in the videos :(

are u using non Uber variant atm? even then u should be getting the spam since casting stuff gives mana conjurations give mana flame shield with tibault is mana ice shield is massive mana regen. Lots of sources also if u arent at a level where u can spam naturally with all these tools stay on avalanche and swap the offhand enchant to avalanche gives a additional free cast. hope it helps

@@dannyslurplaser I have most of the uniques, I'm just missing one of the rings, the pants and also my chest is only a power level 900 so it's a little weaker. Dunno if that matters. Also doesn't help that I switched over from a pyro build and most of the my tempers are used up on my good gear that's 1 or 2 stars. It gets a little better when I use the potion of resourcefulness so I'll just keep on drinking those for now :)

I lose a ton of DPS when i use tal rash's ring i think it sucks

Much better than the build on Maxroll. Their mistake was focusing on life and not focusing on keeping flame shield up at all times. Godslayer's Crown is a waste on the Maxroll build since there's no good stats on it.

@@Jaze92 More points on flame shield keeps cooldown low, allowing uptime higher and less life needed because you should always have a shield running. With less life you can make more of your gems intelligence instead of life which increases damage.

he swaps depending on activities namely uber bosses he will take the armor enchant but for pit and general play as he stated use the planner version :)

Struggling with this build.

Moxsy always have almost godly gear so it is not new for me too see it in diablo 4 also by borderlands he alwasy have godly gear so make his builds 80% uncopyble but it is still cool to see.

More levels on flameshield don't reduce it's cooldown

like 4 boards not enough points to make th glyph work quite often the red zone for you guys is one square bigger on the outside than our red zone

After getting everything to a T my armor is 4942 so with that being said I die to everything

Putting points in it increases the uptime, doesn't reduce the cool down.

Dude sure there is. With the amount of boss mats dropping freaking everywhere and the 3 sparks from completing seasonal content, Lilith and a tormented boss you really only need to get 1 Uber unique to get a shako at least.

If I’m not mistaken, you can keep making alts and reaching rank 18 with the wolves for the free resplendent spark. Obviously slightly more tedious but I just hang out with the baneful heart summon event and here’s always peeps there.

I've cleared 80+ with no Ubers perfectly fine, and have been considering dropping Shako for more cooldown reduction. There's multiple build variants you can use. Trust!

This build only works with shako period. I can’t hold mana at all. Die too easy, cooldowns are too long. Spent hours to Copy and pasted the build and I have 0 mana. No survivability. Don’t understand this game at all.

Running this build with no shako and no starless. Feels amazing. Currently farming for starless to make mana regen perfect. Most fun I’ve had on a Diablo build. Feels like I’m playing Ward Loop again.

For every 1 like, I'll eat 2 crickets.

idk if im just horrible at the game but i have the uber variant going not everything is masterworked and i dont have the perfect gear but i am struggling so bad in a Tier 66 pit. It seems so effortless in this video but i feel like i am not outputting this damage or even able to survive

your gloves/MH/amulet are a big source of the dmg u deal + your board make sure those have the appropriate tempers/upgrades they need remember that he has +12 on everything but side note! i have +8 on everything and am able to just run thru pit 80 with nowhere near armor cap and i never die and my cd on flame shield is super fast/consistent.

This is next after minions. Havent even gotten to world tier 2 and it just gets so boring. They need runes words

"Nerfed a bit"? They FAQin' amputated one of our arms and one of our legs. The build has always been demanding to play. The power it had was just offsetting the hardships. Now it's just hard and impotent.

Thanks for the video, but 15k life is way to low for almost anyone but some pros

I've been gaming hard and trading as much as I can, and this is the closest I could get to the Planners gear. The gear is not, by any means, easy to acquire. The fact that we're pushing 105+ now without "perfect gear" shows the potential! Also the passive tree is the farming tree I normally use for Helltide. I forgot to "respec" for the video. Plus, Planners get updated as I find tweaks in the build. Always the best option to use!

@@chevytwitch7635 for sure, the build is great...but moxsy could have mentioned that the planner has a better version...otherwise one might think that is outdated or whatever

Farming gear is absolutely terrible this season 99.9% of the time you get an item with 1 or more greater affixes it’s horrible stats like shadow resist or something and if you do manage to get something good after days of grinding it Just ends up being useless after the temperings gives you the same bs stat over and over again

I hate that stupid ass amulet....because it refuses to drop for me lol. I literally only go on my sorc now, once I've farmed up enough blood for about 3 or 4 runs of Zir.

I have 200 blood I think there's nothing I ever need from him so I almost never farm him. Also I've gotten 3 of those from world drop.

@@disbled I like solo self found. if I buy one, then I might start buying others, and I mainly play for the drops. that being said....I do have like 6 tempest roars to trade I guess lol. so it's an option.

i got it for reaching Rank 10 with the Iron Wolfs , try leveling up with them if u didnt i know its RNG and i was just lucky

sux how slow and weak sorc are atm , i do 101s in 2-3mins every time on barb , why even bother with sorc , i have 5 100sorc and love the class but so weak this season

yeah crazy, but frozen orb's kinda boring though.
