Have the stuff Ryland gets the baby hasn't even used yet. So it's actually not hand-me-downs. He buys so many of everything y'all that is crazy she's got tons and tons of stuff she just don't even know it just wait till the baby shower. Might as well call Ryland God Daddy uncle Ryland.

My sister recently had her baby and told me this. Ive had 3, all grown now, and have never heard this. Evidentially its so the baby can find the boobie to nurse. 😂

I’m not pregnant and couldn’t listen to Ryland talk about the floss. Ew!! But I stand over the sink and rinse the flosser each time!!!!!!!!

Ryland’s haircut, even being all scruffy, looks really, really good. Easily his best haircut, yet. That hairstylist seems to have been a great find, for him (I remember he’s had trouble, in the past).

My parents bought for my son on his 12th birthday last year the og brand lava lamp because oddly enough my son wanted a lava lamp ahahaha and I love that he loves lava lamps..

It’s alright! In my experience you don’t need that nursery done for awhile after baby is born. I panicked with my first trying to get the nursery done before my due date, and then she didn’t sleep in there till she almost a year old 😆. It’s alright! You can only do what you can do! ❤️ sending lots of love and good vibes for a healthy rest of your pregnancy and your delivery and recovery!

My husband, and in turn our whole family grab two plaquers and paper towel. Wiping in between each tooth. It goes into the trash. Idk if you really wanted to know but that’s the sip.

Lizze!! I have that crib and dresser and LOVE them! I also put my changing caddy and changing pad on top and it's PERFECT size and height! I put a non slip pad under the pad for safety, drawer organizers and when she got older I added drawer baby-proof latches on the inside of the drawer. She is older now and it's still perfect.

And build that crib inside the nursery. My husband was not impressed when I decided the dining room had more room to work in and then it had to be undone and redone to get through the standard size doorway!

The little tote for nappies etc was so important in my life with a newborn. I kept everything in it and it came with me room to room. Granted I couldn't afford to buy multiples of everything....or anything😂. Whatever you may need when your arse is on the couch b-feeding (oh side note: diapers, i live in NZ we call em nappies, sorry). I had muesli bars, water, pain relief, creams, lip balm, a small pencil case, note book, face wipe, tweezers, little mirror, and anything else you may want. Oh and those little laundy zip up bags.... priceless. Attach that to the tote too.... 😂😂😂 Im adhd af they saved me mentally with all the tiny clothes.... and socks. i love and hate baby socks.

Holy smokes Ryland it’s good at designing and I would love to hire him to decorate my tiny cabin in Utah. ❤ but wayfair it’s the most expensive place.

I don’t recommend the picture frames above the crib in case they fall or earthquake or something. I love the rainbow rug!! Also I started pelvic floor physical therapy like 3 months after birth and she recommended people start WHILE they’re still pregnant I think it would be super helpful especially with learning to push and how to relax your pelvic floor. The muscles go all the way into your rib cage it’s kinda crazy

When you are renting and don't want to alter the wall, you can build a 'wall' to attach to the real wall.

Here to say the Snoo absolutely worked for us! First baby is now 5 and still wakes at least once at night. 2nd baby we got the snoo, she started sleeping through around the 6 week mark, is now 2 and is an amazing sleeper. We got 6 months out of the snoo too and she's quite a long baby, by the end we just had the white noise on without rocking

My dad decorated my nursery/bedroom and my parents didn’t know my gender before I was born so they went gender neutral. He did a royal blue with a sunny yellow. Painted the walls, made custom furniture and had it match. My mother later quilted a quilt with those colors. They are very happy, cheerful colors and very gender neutral. I still have a fondness for that combo because of it.
