I am so happy you mentioned City of Stars! My next purchase from LV - fell in love when I picked up Les Sables Roses this year. I also adore Musk Therapy. Both of those are in my top 10 for life. I used a WHOLE bottle of Another 13 in a year. It’s time for a refill. It is so good and every time I wear it, I get a compliment. Without fail. I won’t be without it! I’m wearing musk therapy right now, and I completely understand what you mean. It’s so difficult to explain. At first, it just seems like another musk, but when you wear it, it really is quite special. So well blended. I love it.

My fragrance discoveries of 2022: Rogue by Rihanna OMG. Pair it with Montale Mango Manga and people literally follow me. Bond No 9 NY Nights. 🫠 Lastly, I’m late to the Lost Cherry club but I think I’m in love.

Happy new year!! best discovery of 2022 were: Stephane Humbert Lucas, Soleil de Jeddah. it's the most complicated fragrance i've ever owned and i've had people follow me around stores to get another sniff. Very mature but not like your grandma, mature.

@@SimplyAyesha haha it’s so comforting yet a gorgeous date night fragrance. It’s a bit woodier to me versus grand soir. Some says it’s a bit masculine. To me it’s just so addicting.

Great video, Ayesha. I'm the Blindbuy King. Even though Rosendo Mateu No. 5 is the best-smelling blindbuy - I expected it to be great - my Blindbuy of the Year is Mancera Silver Blue. I had low expectations and had them far exceeded. Happy New Year.

Happy New Year, Ayesha! I hope to spend a lot less money on perfume this year. I started in 2022, and have about 80 bottles now (including mists and a few oldies I already had). So there is less on my wish list. I do hope you will add Imperial Peacock and Oriental Enigma to your collection. I am so sure you will love them. My first purchase of 2022 was Italica, and my last was Milk by Commodity. Both winners.

You're looking GORGE today Ayesha! You put me onto Overture by Amouage. It was love at first sniff for me. I'm still on the hunt for Lamar by Kajal. I can't find anyplace that sells it, not even online.

Happy New Year Ayesha! The Initio bottles aren't as opaque as they look. I usually shine my iPhone's flashlight under the bottle and it shows me my fill level. Try it out and you can check your dent with Absolute Aphrodisiac.

Lamar on top of Mancera Royal Vanilla goes crazy on my skin

I love Bond9 Greenwich Village smells like pineapple and cream, almost like a piña colada. I also loved Initio Aphrodisiac, on me it's a baking vanilla wo the alcohol smell - which a lot of vanillas like Kayali smell like unfortunately. I have a lot of Xerjoff on my try list, but no one sells it in store to test and it's expensive to order samples. I was really into Not Your Baby with all the telework I did in pajamas.

I think my absolute favorites from this (past) year have been Herod, Another 13, and Mandorle. With my honorable mention being Absolute Aphrodisiac, I have it on the way! I remember smelling it in store, but briefly. I won a raffle, and chose that one, so it is sort of a blind buy, but not really. Super excited.

I think it depends on you. For me, I love having both, but they are similar. I tend to wear AA more at night. For some reason, it smells more sensual. Material I wear day or night and it gives more cozy vibes as opposed to sensual. I hope that makes sense and helps.
