Guess that's never now. Wacky tobacky is reclassified as 1.3g now instead of 1.4g, so if you see it, grab it.

No the shells easily blow through those, however I'd recommend removing them (and the tops of any cakes for that matter) simply to make clean up easier.

Agreed, hate that Phantom has buy one, get one BS! Who wants 2 of the same firework? And even with that it is usually a little more expensive than competitors. If you are in Wyoming you are better off going to Black cat or Pyro city
