Ingredients:
3 cups dry chickpeas
2 cups chopped parsley
1 cup chopped cilantro
1 cup diced onions
6 large garlic cloves
2 tbsp falafel spice
2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
8 tbsp water ( add 2 tbsp per batch when mixing in food processor)

Salam! Falafel spices: cumin, black and red pepper, chilli powder, coriander and seven spice.
I don't have falafel Spice then what I add tell me plz
Do you flip the flafel over at all when it is in the oil?

No it’s completely submerged. No need for flipping. Just made this recipe
