The Ordinary makes all of these products for a fraction of the cost, and without extra ingredients that might be confusing re unwanted reactions. I use The Ordinary squalane on my face, sometimes combined with a simple moisturizer like Cereve, The Ordinary hemi-squalane to instantly make frizzy hair silky smooth. And, The Ordinary Retinol in Squalane for anti aging.

I’d like to Know if you can use rosehip oil as well as squalane? If so rosehip oil last?

Hi doc, can I use Squalane product with an other active like Vitamin C or Retinol?

I thought they also talked about the glycolic acid masques, but i can’t find in this video and i can’t find it on Biossance website.

Will the vitamin C rose oil work as my only Vitamin C serum or I need one in addition to this and what order do you apply this?

To preserve the Biossance squalane Vit C rose oil so it lasts and does not oxidize, should you refrigerate it?

Can the Biossance Squalane Oil be used for double cleansing?

So should this be put on damp skin or dry

Can I use squaline oil in atopic dermatitis?

How about the squalane vitamin c rose oil? I love it and it has a beautiful mild rose smell. Is it worth the Money?

Late reply lol... I've used it in the past, and the only reason I am not right now is because the price point is too high for my current budget. It's so beautiful, I loved applying it and my skin felt nourished and pampered. So, is it worth the $75 price tag if you are looking only for utilitarian performance of a hydrating vitamin c? Eh, I think you can find a perfectly fine alternative that keeps you hydrated and delivers vitamin c, as I have now. Do I miss using Biossance's version? Yes, everyday.

What about their Squalane+BHA pore minimizing toner? :)

Loooove that toner! it’s sooo good on my sensitive combo skin 💚 keeps my skin calm, my pores clean and gunk free, zero dryness cuz of the beautiful Squalane but dries down not oily or sticky at all! Definitely give it a try :)

I am prone to milia under the eye. Would this be a safe eye cream to try? I love Biosscience

Argan could still clog ppres. Was bit too heavy for me use as guasha.

Yes!!! Sephora got a bigger size now so grab it and how awesome to have a oil for face, hair, and body!!!

i read aricles that both, sugar cane and olive oil delivered squalene can variate in their purity from 75 percent to 94. shark liver is from 98-99 (but nobody wants that!!). Olive squalene may contain sterol esters and parrafin after hydrogenation. Sugar cane may contain isosqualane and monocyclosqualane (Study from ACS OMEGA in 2017). the skin absorbs both the SAME WAY, BUT there might be slightly differences in the texture The ordinary squalane is from sugar cane and beets (I wrote them an email) and it is organic and cheaper. I think this brand is too expensive, sorry. Just add some organic roseship oil to it and you have a super nice product. the eye cream also is way too expensive!

Yes! I use The Ordinary Squalane, hemi-Squalane, and retinol in Squalane, along with their rose hip oil, and argan oil. Great company, terrific and effective products at prices I can afford, so I keep coming back. As someone with very sensitive skin, I appreciate being able to buy one active ingredient at a time.
