One more thing may be used for any pain like this! The "chuna" which is used with tobacco! Just use it equal to weight of one wheat piece,and mix in half cup of water then drink at the time of morning before eating or drinking anything except water which may be used by anybody after just getting up. All pains are killed if chuna (equal to one piece of wheat)is used with warm water half cup in morning. It effects in 20 days but must be continued upto 3 months.It is required only once in a day.All bones and joints will be upto a good balancing strength.You will not feel any pain.Still a regular walk if half an hour daily morning is need of humon body.If you do not walk and at the same time you are not busy also then who can make you healthy?Neither I Nor any pathy in the world! Only God can help you if you remember him in any style!😮😮😮😅😊😢❤
