ngl won't be doing everyday but you know what I'm saying aha
I started trying this and my coach says: "the only way to move the bar overhead is to move forward under it or to move it around you" which means a no-foot drill increases the likelyhood of you moving the bar less vertical. How do you avoid that with this drill?
