Hi sorry for the late reply but we used Xcaret tours!
Do you need to know how to swim to go to the cave ? How deep did they inform you it was I was getting different numbers online

You actually don't have to know how to swim, everyone is given life jackets and you can just float around in it! If I remember correctly it is over 100 feet deep.
