How are the different shades of grey achieved with the engraving. I thought no matter how deep you engrave the colour of the stone would be the same? Thanks.

The machine, using a special algorithm, creates shades in a combined way: firstly, the machine strikes each point with different force depending on its brightness, and secondly, the density of points in the bright area is more, and in the dark area it is less.
