@@KyleMillis yup!!! It was "different"- it was with all the stats and a photo- easy to read - like what you'd have on swimcloud but in a printable form -plus when he went to winter jrs the coaches recognized him and he (like you) got about 9 interviews as a relay only swimmer- that was the best piece of advice you gave in another video!
This is really good! Thanks a lot

I’m a senior who was topping off at 94 but suffered a shoulder injury. Now I’m currently throwing 88 I’m thinking about taking the juco route would it work the same if I’m trying to eventually transfer to a D1 school?
Great tips!

Really good content! One suggestion is to get one of those little microphones you can attach to your shirt for better audio. :)

Good content. Agree with the mic comment. Curious what you think about those summer swim camps many college programs run as a way to see rising swimmers before the NCAA restrictions lift.

Hi, very helpful video. I'm thinking of going into collage swimming as well. Would it be possible to give me a rough estimate of what events and fina points you used to apply to your colleges to help me guage where I'm at right now?
Hey kyle ! I'm in the final year of a undergraduate. So, if I wanna come as a master's student, do i have any chance if yes then what should I do.
What if I am an International college student athlete? Should I still prioritize sending to the assistant coaches or head coaches
so wonderful beautiful video friend Kyle

If they have a recruiting questionnaire on the school website do you send an email in addition to filling the questionnaire out?

I would, they don't always reply to the questionaire.
Bro i from India is it same process for me?
At 4:35 you said coaches don't want 18-22 year olds on their team, so at what age do you start college ( your undergraduate degree), and can you still be in the team after you've graduate from the college, please explain the US system.
@historydude6022

The people are 18-22 years old however he doesn’t want people who act like that, that are immature, preferring people that act mature
Hey Quick question I’m a freshman and I sent several recruiting emails to different colleges that broke he ncaa rule where you can’t send recruiting emails until sophomore summer should I keep my emails up or should I delete the emails and send them again next summer
@Official_clutchFN

I would delete it and message them when it's not breaking the rules, most likely they will see it but not be able to reply so they probably won't care by the time it comes for them to be able to reply.

It is ok for you to email them, but they cannot respond until the dates mentioned....

Do you know of Track and cross county web sites to upload your times and Data to? All three of my kids 12g, 14b, 15g could go either way track or cross country, how to decide which Avenue to take?

I don’t know T&F well but wanted to know for myself as well. After doing a bit of digging it appears that MileSplit, Athletic, and MaxPreps would be the best place to ensure your stats are up to date so college coaches can track you. To learn more about the recruiting process, feel free to check out my videos about my process - I didn’t realize until I was a junior in high school that I was fast enough to swim D1. It’s never too late to get recruited, but it might be a bit early to determine their future in track. Keep up the great work in the meantime!

@@KyleMillis I really appreciate your effort and your response. I will definitely check out your other videos , It may be a bit early, but all three will most likely qualify for the AAU nationals in Ohio, They are definitely running in the off-school season, What are your thoughts on these organizations / people that try to get you to pay that money to get you connected with colleges, Personally I think it’s just a waste of money.
@KyleMillis

@@Lonchpad1 waste of money for sure! Just reach out to the coaches on your own, I have a great video talking about that!

Yes, I’d wait until sophomore year at least. Focus on getting stronger in the areas like academics & the extra things around your sport (recovery, nutrition, strength / weight lifting).
