The beauty of living in a warm climate that you have saved money by utilising the sun, meanwhile in the rest of the world, we use ovens to dry them out, obviously costing the buyer more money, my only comment about this operation is people who are watching this, do not know just how smelly the paper mache is, it stinks! @@fisicabasica5137 thats the thing, no dye is used. if the paper that was used here was too colourful , the trays will also come out colourful, but since most of the papers that are recycled are printed in black and white, the final products comes out as grey

Saving wood product actually doesn't help the environment. In most cases it actually hurts it as you create higher concentrations of vegetation which increases the chance of a natural fire going out of control. This is why California had that massive inferno a few years back which completely destroyed their forests. Billions of dollars of wood wasted months at a time. Recycling wood products makes sense in some regions of the world where trees are not common, but those are very few situations, and even then it doesn't save the environment, it is a monetary concern.

En realidad no tanto porque el agua que se usa se recicla y se le agregan mas químicos nada más ,ya que es para papel , la higiene se compensa con químicos y mas químicos pero el agua se reusa una y otra vez , es en los procesos de fabricación de alimentos o de bebidas donde más se consume el agua y ni que decir de la fabricación de la cerveza ,gastan agua que da miedo

Trabajé en una empresa en Colombia que hacía solo eso, y no, no es tanta el agua que se gasta, como te dijeron, es agua reciclada, toda el agua que es usada para hacer la pulpa de papel y luego la que está en las máquinas moldeadoras, toda esa agua va por un desagüe y regresa, una sea a donde se hace la pulpa y luego a la moldeadora, toda esa agua es residual, tratada y reciclada, no hay agua potable para nada.

The ones we get are falling apart when I check my eggs just make it thru the one use before falling apart! I recycle them anyway !

At 2:10 the engine part that move in the paper solution hold the paper materials and press it at the top and the worker pull the finish products at the top with blue plate.

Y pensar que esa fabrica es pequeña, ya que en las fábricas grandes ese lodo de papel con lo que fabrican esos empaques de huevo , sale en grandes cantidades y simplemente lo desechan a rellenos sanitarios (en lugar de fabricar otras cosas como tejados o empaques)

Technically there is none. As Nikol said, the solution you see midway doubles as sterilization, but there is a reason recycled paper is never used for sterilized products like medical or lab equipment. Whatever junk was left on the recycled paper is going to still be in the final product.
