Thank you for sharing. I have had heat damage once and now I am scares to try any form of heat on my low porosity hair. Please, what are the key ingredients to look out for in heat protectant serums or oils? How damp or dry must one's hair be before trying to blow dry. Thank you and keep being safe
Being that our hair texture is EXACTLY alike if I every wanted to stretch my hair that blow dryer is the one I need. Ive watch the tension method thinking oh noooo. How often do you trim your hair?

I used to trim it every 4-6months but I had not trimmed it in over a year
