I know you won't see this but I'm a big believe of putting gratitude and positive energy out into the universe. Many, many years ago as a kid I was a big fan of Yugioh and collected as many cards and card-playing friends as a kid. When I became older and was an early adult, I had long-since quit playing Yugioh but I found your channel about a decade ago. I watched you open many packs that reminded me of my younger years as a kid playing yugioh with my friends. It was on your channel where I first heard of Troll and Toad. I watched you open the first Legendary Collection with all the god cards in it from the show. I watched you open those packs of that duelist pack Yugi which had some of my favorite cards in it. There was something interesting and exciting about watching someone open packs of cards even though I didn't play the game anymore. At the time you caused a mini-resurgence of Yugioh fandom among my friend group and we hit up Duel Links which was (at the time) the only way we know of to play the game for free online. One of my friends ended up getting way more into Yugioh after the resurgence and st ayed with it and built a REDMD deck when that was competitive. Over the years, KZread's algorithm recommended me your videos less and less. It went from several times per month, to once per month, to once every few months. I remember when the channel branding changed from cyberknight8610 to just Cyberknight. Here in the last year I believe I've only been recommended your videos twice (this being the second time) and every time I do I always end up scrolling back through and watching several videos of your catalog and every single time it never fails to give me a similar nostalgia to the first time I discovered your channel. Even though I was an adult then and never really got back into Yugioh like I was when I was a kid, your channel reminded me of all the good times I had with my friends, opening packs, playing games after school (unsleeved, I might add) and not realizing those were some of the best days of my life. Now, watching your videos not only reminds me of when I was a kid, it reminds me of that time in my life when I was a younger adult and all the people who were in my life then that aren't now, or vice versa all the friends and family who I've met or have been born and are now essential parts of my life the way I used to think my Dark Magician deck was as a kid. Sometimes I miss the days when things were simpler but I know that the reason they're more difficult now is because things mean more now. The stakes are higher and our actions have much higher consequences. So then it's important to squeeze as much joy as we can out of it because it's the play that makes the work worth the effort. Thanks for the reminder not only of the good times, but reminding me of the times that remembering the good times made the days a little brighter. Godspeed and God bless.

Not only did you say your most famous line: "can we end with a holo?" But you called and pulled the ghost rare. Absolutely amazing video, plus you pulled a forbidden droplet. A fire box!!!

Okay, I didn’t know if there was anything in this set that would interest me, but the REPRINTS definitely caught my attention! Marincess has been a deck I’ve always wanted to build, and these reprints will definitely help!! AND DROPLETS REPRINT!?!? YES!!

I like that Konami kept Droplet being in this product a secret, making it a nice surprise for people opening the set.

I am so hyped for this set! All the support Water gets is so cool and I can't wait to get the new Marincess stuff.

Wow, talk about last pack magic! Incredible, and a Droplet reprint as well? This is actually shaping up to be a solid set. I like how they made all those retrains of Mako's old normal monsters to sort of mimic the "effects" they had in the show.

And you know what? I like the retrains of Mako's cards thematically. All of then have unique names (except the jelly, by it was quite literally, originally, jellyfish). But where's the import of the oh kraken and where is the shark Mako used?

@@valutaatoaofunknownelement197 I think we need a new Armored Starfish, personally. Or Terrorking Salmon. Actually, kinda surprised we got the dinosaur in this set over the salmon. Would have made more sense as a big normal beater.

@@Commodore128 I agree with you on that. For the salmon (Terrorking Salmon), I think a good name would be Hurricane/Typhoon Terror Salmon. As for the armored starfish, that is going REALLY old school, so although unlikely due to lack of anime influence, I would also be up for a retrain of it. Given it has armor, why not allow it to provide protection for both itself and the other monsters you control?

Honestly still annoyed they changed the cover art from Ryoga / Shark to Mako. The original cover was so much cooler.

Lets freaking go, amazing pull! Not to be that guy but I really wish Konami would exchange opened ghost rares with print lines from new product. Wizard's does this for any highly sought after or expensive card has been opened new with factory defects. If you're read this Konami :P

i like the look of deep sea cards that i got awhile back from last years mega tin but looked like they didnt have enough cards to stand alone and i wanted to use some water types since most the time i use like dragons/dark/light type decks

Im looking forward for the new shark support, that 106 reprint is a nice surprise to say the least and the droplet reprint was most def left field.

as another person who has been heavily playing kragen control on master duel, i'm really excited for this set. was hoping for a beautunaful princess reprint, but at least its dropped in price already.

What a lucky box. I am someone looking forward to the Marincess cards, and that box would have made my day. I plan to go all out making a Marincess deck. As a kid, I always loved stories about pirates, mermaids, krakens, sharks and such, so Duels From the Deep is pretty much the set 12 year old me would have told Konami to create over a decade ago if I was asked.

Honestly expecting a barian ranked up Number 32, excluding C32 Veiss, since Nash still had him I believe. But Yuma could’ve ranked up 17 or 34 since he summoned those more than the other numbers, besides utopia.
