THOUGHT I WAS THE ONLY ONE ON EARTH WHO USES THE ECHO TOOLS BLUSH BRUSH FOR CONTOUR!! LITERALLY WHEN YOU SHOWED THE BRUSH I WAS LIKE "Oh my goodness please say contour."🙏😂 so glad I'm not crazy!! Hehe love you Kathleen💜

I bought a bunch of brushes from real techniques about 5 months ago and they hold up wonderfully. I use them almost every day and clean them once a week and I travel with them and they are still in like perfect condition. I haven't noticed any shedding with them or anything. They are amazing and they are my holy grail brushes because they're such great quality and so inexpensive. Worth the buy for sure!

I would just love to say, I have been perusing through youtube looking at brush reviews and SO many of them have the most horrible makeup application and it just inspires very little confidence in their recommendations. But you are simply stunning and have such amazingly flawless makeup that I actually want to listen to your videos and take your advice because you very clearly know your stuff. Love it !

I love that you added how hard it was to talk about the last 3 brushes. So real!! And not fake at all. Sometimes I feel like some peoples bloopers are over done and planned out. Your bloopers are always realistic and awesome. Thanks for the brush recommendations, time to shop!

I love your makeup! this is the first video I see of you and I love it because many other makeup youtubers talk about mainly high end, expensive brushes and it's so frustrating because I'm just starting out and can't necessarily waste that much money! but thank you for being honest and recommending these non expensive brushes! I love Ecotools brushes so much

This was exactly what I was looking for! A lot of other youtubers have been recommending high end brushes, which is totally cool, but as a beginner I wanted to experiment with different types and not go into debt!

I just discovered your channel and though I follow TONS of beauty gurus, you are honestly my favorite! You make tutorials that are actually easy to follow, I feel like I can really recreate the look! Thank you for all your makeup advice and reviews! I have a wish list going! :)

Why don't you try any European beauty websites? They have fairly low shipping rates, most of them ship to Australia and the prices are, for example only 2$~ higher than the U.S. companies websites. Plus all of them are retailers, so you can find multiple brands and some of them offer free shipping over a certain sum. I'd personally recommend beautybay, feelunique and lookfantastic, my orders have always gone amazingly, and their customer support is great!

just wanted to say that in my country which is Romania the studio line brushes cost twice as much as they do in America. Almost all of them are 6 dollars and some are more than that but also it's the same for Real Techniques and Eco Tools. For example, the R.T powder brush is 15 dollars. and the transportation cost no matter what you get is 5 dollars. Your video is great and I will watch it every time i have the money to buy the brushes I need. Thanks so much.

Ecotools flawless face brush set, its 5 brushes with like an airbrush finish are the bomb. I'm obsessed; I reach for those always over all my higher end brushes.

to wash my brushes i use pink Zote soap that you can buy for under $1. it works amazingly and i only have to rub the brush through once!

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I remember you saying in a video that you had issues with anxiety? If that's true would you mind doing a video talking about how you have coped with it or how you found to "get over" it? Absolutely love you and your amazing videos. You look GORGEOUS here btw, your makeup is on point :D

I really appreciate this video. It's a really helpful guide to buying inexpensive makeup brushes on a budget. I'm totally going to check out each of these brushes mentioned in this video. Also you look beautiful girlfriend!

I was watching another channel where she has a line of brushes saying it would be great to do a video just like this. ❤️ So happy to have found this. Only thing I'd say is it would have been helpful to have listed them in the description. I just saw an update video where you actually did list. Tbh I'll probably be looking these up "in the store" so that list would make it soooo much easier. ❤️

Real techniques brushes are around $30 each in New Zealand (the sponge is $20). Morphe face brushes are $20+. Elf is around $10-$15 depending on the brush. EcoTools are the cheapest ($5-$15) but we have to order online. If I ever went to the USA, I would buy so much. It's like when youtubers talk about high end palettes costing $40, we pay up to $100 (for naked palettes, too faced etc)

Thank you so so much! I've been looking for affordable eyeshadow blending brushes for ages.

For UK viewers: both real techniques and Eco tools are available at boots or superdrug. Morphe and elf are not available in England( I think there's an elf store in Wales) you can get both brands online but elf is like twice the price in the UK online store but there are always offers on free delivery and other stuff. They also don't have as much variety at all.

Stop complaining if you want shitty makeup & brushes that fall apart within a week go ahead purchase brushes for a dollar 😂😂. +christinaheaven exactly! if you want something for a buck that scratches the crap outta your eyes and face and sheds all over the place, by all means buy it. however, even if you spend $10 on a brush, which is still really affordable and you clean, condition and take really good care of it then it'll last a really long time. orrrr you can buy a $1 brush every 3 months and it'll add up the same way than if you just took care of the more "expensive" one. totally up to you. be nice to your skin and treat yourself to a decent set of brushes. :)

It's common for many bloggers to use brushes from Michaels as make up brushes. Angela from Batalash uses a paint brush to do her liner. It's a great idea.

The original makeup brushes were all paint brushes that were cut by mua to help with application.

that red lipstick contrasts with your green eyes and makes them pop 😍 beautiful.

The RT buffing brush is the best!!
