No, actually. Many people send him clips, like me, for a chance to get included in one of these videos. Also, the videos are under commentary/fair use/educational content rules, making them completely fine.

@@victoriaamador5509 Easy, the same as why would somebody pay for advertisements? For exposure. This guy is getting traction on these videos and uses it to promote content which people want to see. There’s comments on other videos Where the original uploaders are praising Drainer and being honored to be included, and also saying that they have gained a lot of new viewers, subscribers and watch time on their videos. The more exposure, the more it helps the original creator.
