The kid is smart, putting foil underneath will greatly help with clean up. Also a mixture of cream cheese and shredded cheese of your choice, plus the seasoned dove will add a ton of flavor to these poppers.

I think it is great getting your kids involved. I love this recipe and make it whenever possible. A trick to keeping the cream cheese inside the jalapeno, that I haven't seen anyone else do, is to cut the entire jalapeno in half, including the stem and cap. Leave it on and scoop out the inside of the jalapeno as normal. With the cap still on, it forms a type of boat. You can use bacon to wrap the top side so that when turning the popper the cream cheese doesn't fall out and make a big mess. Just don't eat the end cap. Give it a try.

Hey there are a few great ones to try! Garlic salt and Morton nature’s season’s are both good options!

Add some panko bread crumbs to keep from losing the cream cheese!! That's what I use to stuff venison backstraps. Try Everglades seasoning on the dove

Muscle Man secret ingredient

No need to fillet the meat off the breast (although convenient). Place some butter in between a seasoned breast and half a jalapeno, then wrap with bacon. Wrap in foil, and cook on grill (traps flavor and moisture). For more crispy texture, put back on grill without foil paper once fully or nearly cooked. Type of seasoning will determine the taste. Options are almost limitless. Enjoy 👍
