I showed this to my mother, and her immediate response was "Is that a man?" It could feasibly be just a woman who buzzed her hair to make dressing up easier, but it's also known that Disney casts based on height more than gender, so as a tall character, Elastigirl could indeed be a man. And right after hearing "Girl Power", too!
