Tempered Teostra - Day of Ruin is the best quest for end-game decoration farming out of all options in the video, DG. - It has fixed chance of getting 3 sealed feystones with low chance of getting additional 1 or 3 or both (total of 7 sealed feystones) - It is arena quest so no need to waste time chasing the monster - Tempered Teostra is easily the easiest elder dragon to deal with compare to Tempered Furious Rajang (lower cart rate in coop) FYI, Sealed Feystones is the one that gave ultra rare decoration like Attack+ / Expert+ / Handicraft+

Day of Ruin with spread HBG is probably the most efficient way to farm them but it’s also very brain rot inducing doing the same thing over and over and not getting the decos you want for hours and hours

@@grimreefer213facts, I was just looking for a Jump/Release lv4. Got tired went to Melder turned in some low-tier decos and got lv4 attack and a lv4 expert. And at least 1 of the jump/release i needed. Never used HBG before and practiced with Teo, managed to get a 2:59 run, most runs go for 4-5mins

@@raphaeldelpilar8144 I got 2 out of my 3 Atk+2 jewels from Temp Teo event quest. Took literally hundreds of tries tho. The third I got from Ruiner Nergi event quest I’ve got all the other good decos from Teo too. Crit eye+2, Agitator+2, crit boost/tool specialist, etc. all the good endgame damage decos

Man Capcom should have left the buff on the wolf boy event quest we use to get almost half the box full on a good run

There is a mod on pc that helps this a ton. You still need to farm the monsters and the guiding lands to feed the steamworks but it cuts down what takes thousands of hours for many into a couple hundred.

this does not take thousands of hours. people make deco farming into something its not. Ppl will say oh it took me 700 hours for a attack + jewel....no...no it didnt. You probably have 700 hours logged but you didnt start farming for end game jewels until mr 100. ppl way over exaggerate this type of stuff. if you kill 50 tempered teos that is nowhere near 700 hours. i can kill him in 6 mins or less with GS on average.

For all teo grinders, try hbg spread 3 if u havent already, best run was sub 3min and avereage is around 4min

The scarf is called Sealed Dragon Cloth I think - you need to do the MR Brute Tigrex event quest “Brand New Brute” to get a Tigrex Ticket(not a guaranteed reward so you might need to run the quest several times). Then, you need to do the event quest A Chilling Entrance(Velkhana and Blackveil Val Hazaak). That should give you the materials for the scarf :) The chest is either “Buff Body” or “Buff Body Gamma+”. The Rajangs quest ‘Muscle Monkey Madness’ and Furious Rajangs quest ‘Mighty Muscle Monkey Madness’ give the mats for those two options!

Heads up DG, the Mew are Number One quest gives out Astral Melding tickets. You just melded a regular gold one in the video

Just wanted to touch on something. You said fighting Rajang gives you golden meld tickets.. I thought the rewards for “mew number one” quest gave astral tickets?.. does that make a difference in getting attack 4 deco??

You have to talk about level C B A S decos and how each quest gives you different rarity level feystones that turn into these. The tempered elder event quests EASILY outpaces investigation rewards if one has access to them. You were so close to giving out the pertinent info for those. Thumbs way up for putting out info when people are gonna need it - please cover deco tiers ☺️🫡

Handicraft 4 and Challenger 4 can be meld by astral ticket. Myself who always do "Mew are number one" using all weapons, I have 590 tickets in my pocket XD

Just got my first attack4 deco half hour ago farming the quest the day of ruin also got resentment 4 yesterday on this quest. Eat for safeguard and play multiplayer this way you have higher chance getting more sealed feystones

What? Safegaurd has nothing to do with drops. And multiplayer does nothing for drops either. Day of ruin is best soloed. Master the fight and you can easily be getting sub 6 min runs. You dont have to wait on other peeps as well. Solo is so much faster.

A few months ago I FINALLY got my 3rd Atk+2 jewel! I got it from Ode to the Destruction, the tempered Ruiner Nergi event quest. After running Day of Ruin(tempered Teo) literally HUNDREDS of times I had given up on ever getting it. Then bam, when I least expect it, I get one from Ruiner Nergi in a random SOS

It’s luck bro, i have 1,500hrs in the game and got my first Challenger lv4 on that quest. You can turn in those decos on melder and get lucky. I maganed to get a lv4 attack and expert just for turning in decos.

do you not use the melder? also attack decorations arent hard to get as level 4's, its the +4 Attacks that are difficult to get, and you dont even need them, the Attack skill is something you get AFTER getting your crit to 100% and crit boost to max, THEN defencive skills are more important, so dont worry if you have zero attack boost on your endgame gear.

@@Laoruperteen18 I personally have plenty of attack boost mixed with other skills as level 4 decos, it’s specifically the level 1 attack gems that I’ve never seen after hundreds of hours of grinding. I’ve even seen expert jewel a few times before attack boost (which I know is objectively better) but the level 1 attack gems would be nice for all those random 1 slots I have just vacant in my builds.

Best way to get attack 4 decos is to resign yourself into not wanting them anymore. Attack boost is the most overrated skill in MHW. For Fatalis weapons attack boost 7 is only a 6% damage increase, which is marginal compared to a 40% damage increase with 100% affinity and critical boost 3. If you’re using Fatalis weapons, the best end game weapons, and you already fit critical eye 7, weakness exploit 3, critical boost 3, handicraft 2, you will be better off going with one point of coalescence and peak performance anyway which is a lot more efficient. If you fit all of that in your set then you’d be better off just slotting in some comfy skills like quick sheathe, evade window, evade extender, blight resistance, recovery up, divine blessing, tool specialist etc.. That will have a more positive effect on your hunts overall than a 6% damage increase from attack boost 7. Atk 4 can be useful for the extra 5% affinity though, but only if it’s efficient to slot in. Also if you get hit less often because you have evade window and can roll through attacks then that means more damage uptime, which can be much more impactful than attack boost 7. Expert+ 4 decos are extremely valuable however so good luck with the grind to get those.

What exactly would you call a speed run on Monster Hunter world, I've spent over 1000 hours on this game and yes after about 800 hours I had a good amount of decorations but what exactly are you considering a speed run

Its all rng. Teo is faster bc arena and he is easy. Day of ruin can also give you 6-8ish feystones a run.

Farming Furious Rajang?! What the heck, even tempered?? That MF, even the basic one, is just pain for me. This cheater just crushes me with so many unavoidable attacks.

900+ hours in. Got platinum few days ago. Zero atk 4 decorations.

Bro hacked the game for sure xD
