I live in plano currently I love it the neighborhood is very nice, there is some racism but in general its a lovely place to live

The part of Plano where John Clark stadium is that area is stuck in the 80s with 80s buildings and 80s neighborhoods. The part is original Plano.

I discovered your videos a few days and it has really helped in deciding the area to live, would it be possible to cover the Grand Prairie area, I like the central location between Forth Worth and Dallas but knowing more would be great

Las Colinas, Flower Mound, Grapevine, Coppell, Hebron, Frisco, The Colony are the best areas. North to Northwest areas suburban Dallas is the best places to move. You gonna pay for a house there though. Like $400k +. Plano is large but dated.

Hahahaha I live here 😮these videos are funny to me. One hint, they build these houses up so quickly they cut corners and problems arise.. I’d pick something older if I was buying here. These new builds are not built to last. Sorry

Plano was over rated for years, Plano is degrading and quickly becoming just another slum.

You also giving bad financial advice because apartments in Collin County and houses required 3x the amount to get an apartment. Not many people make 3x times the rent. 💯 Honestly, we don't want out of state people moving here. If you're from out of state, you can expect people to outkast you. It's super expensive and if you're not wealthy, you won't be able to afford to live here. 10 years ago, it was still cheap, now it's expensive. I know because I am a McKinney native. Its super overcrowded and lots of traffic accidents because the out of state people don't know how to drive in Texas. But we had that active shooter last year. Crime is low because only people who make six figures can live here. But we don't like out of state people 💯

@@DallasRelocationGuide Yes because I remember 14 years ago I was paying 300 dollars yearly for full coverage. Now it's 1800 dollars for full coverage yearly. All these people putting claims left and right have caused insurance to go up big time. I hate how people don't use the fast lane to speed. I also hate how hail damage repairs people say that insurance doesn't go up if you file a claim. Which is a lie because everyone pays the price for hail damage claims and in the end hail repair people claim enormous amounts of money to fix easy dents. 💯
