@@Thaperd sorry for 1.5 cup of all purpose flour, 0.5 cup of cornstarch so for 1 cup of all purpose flour it will be 1/3 cup of cornstarch

This recipe is good and I barely know how to cook, so I watched this and when I finished them up they were really good, especially with the sauce. Also, thank to the person who said to use cornstarch it made it crisper.

You can use both. Mix cornflour and maida

CG Smith any supermarket, you can even get it in most corner shops, but tbh I just used garlic and ginger powder not mixed just a teaspoon of both.
