Great show as usual i know different part of the island cooks different .my part of trelawny when we cook seafood.we want that particular seafood taste to dominate. so we put half of the shell fish or fish first in the pot and put the rest last when we ready to season up. Most times no chicken noodle natural seasoning ockra a must no pumkin.if you do its no longer a seafood soup its pumpkin soup.for the pumpkin take over the soup

Junior just bring like a dozen crayfish with eggs from anywhere u go hunt them .keep them in water then let them go in the river down in Clarendon..trust me bro it will work I've seen people done it different places..But the people have to monitor the rivers though if u want them to survive...

Junior Maybe have to throw back some crayfish in the river by you - the problem is once you catch them the only place I’m throwing them is in the pot.

A steff smart, definitely she is learning a lot from Ms Kay...

Ohhh ok I was wondering why those looking so different than what I remember way back when I was younger - so they depleted the crayfish breed we are use to, sad 😔 I remember my grandpa catching them using a kind of straw fish pot.

Be careful of Maggi chicken noodles soup because they have MSG and not good for people with high blood pressure. I use all natural seasons for my soup.
