If you fly RC a lot it's inevitable. Even the best pilots have a bad day once in a while. Could be your engine cuts mid-flight, or your retractable landing gear won't deploy or a gust of wind catches you out. These are skilled pilots. They just had a bad day at the office.

Even small birds cause trouble to real airliners. Imagine bird that big in real life with 15m wingspan. In this scale, swan can be bigger than the airliner itself.
I suspect trying to fly when it's too windy plays a part in some of these accidents. It did mine 🤫
Why oh why do they land planes with those tiny wheels on the grass when there is perfectly good tarmac right there??? No wonder half the wheels break off.

Its true what they say about learning to fly flying is easy its the landings and takeoffs that kill you
