This is also a really good tip for yellow players because of all the trigger effects they have and life manipulation

Wouldnt someone that wanted to clear your board just clear board and not worry about attacking leader?

It all depends on the situation, but that 7k at your leader is a test to see what youve got in your hand. If you take that 7k damage, I might be able to push all the way for game that turn

I am with you. This isn't a good tip. Go for 7k ATK on leader just to probably end up with one more potentially 2k counter in enemy hand, when you want to clear the board, is in fact a terrible play.

Wait, don't the attack win if their power is equal or more?

Yea. You have to go over the attack value to win . If I as the attacker hit you for 7k you have to counter 8k to successfully defend

If you are playing OPCG in North America (U.S.A., Canada, Mexico, etc.), only the English version cards will be accepted in championships. Sadly, it's not the same as competing in MTG tournaments within a country such as the United States of America. Wizards doesn't care what language the cards are in, so long as they are tournament legal in the specific format.
